During this process the travelers will receive instructions from the chef and each traveler will prepare their own dish. We have a menu of plates where you can choose also vegetarian dishes.

We’ll be partaking in a practical cooking session with a seasoned local chef, using ingredients to create a meal while learning about the historical culinary practices. We also have choices for vegetarians. You’ll learn plenty of hidden secrets about Peruvian cuisine from our chefs.
Moreover, we’ll take a detour to the Bridge of Sighs in Barranco and journey through some of Lima’s most impoverished neighborhoods. We may even squeeze in some soccer if there’s spare time.
