  • C. Coricalle k7 - We’ll meet at the Cusco main square and we are going to learn some history about the ingredients employed later on.
    After the tour, we are heading to the cooking studio, where, along the chef, we will prepare a five course meal using local super ingredients such as: amaranth, quinoa, algae and many more. Our meal also include either a glass of wine or pisco tasting whatever you choose.
    After the class, our drivers will take them back to the Cusco main square.

You’ll learn about Cusco’s history, traditional shopping places and also classic and modern cooking techniques of peruvian flavor taught by a professional chef.
We will be, also, offering a Peruvian wine/ pisco taste in which you’ll be able to savor different flavors and identify the aromas of these wonderful cocktails.
We will enjoy and learn about a wide variety of potatoes and different kinds of root vegetables grown in this very Peruvian ground. Those ingredients, later on, will be employed in the preparation of the dishes adding a diversity in color, texture and form.
These unique culinary experience is available for everyone. We are prepared to adapt our service for every type of restriction or condition:

An unforgettable culinary experience. - I would recommend this cooking class to anyone interested in learning new techniques and improving their cooking skills. The chef/instructor is passionate and knowledgeable, and his teaching style is as fun as it is educational. The recipes taught are varied and delicious, and the organization of the class is impeccable. Additionally, students are encouraged to actively participate, creating an interactive and collaborative learning environment. Personally, I have had amazing results in my dishes after taking this class. It's definitely worth doing.

Ernesto is the Besto! - Highly recommend to tourists and others! Ernesto gave us a Masterclass in Peruvian fruits and vegtables during the food market tour and a great experience preparing all the dishes back at the casita. Friendly, happy, interesting, knowledgeable. Group of 8 friends and we had a great time and were stuffed by the end!

An amazing experience in Peruvian food, culture and cuisine. - Ernesto Alcázar Gonzales was an amazing guide through the Cusco market and we learned so much about the food, people and the culture and traditions. We made delicious ceviches and Peruvian potato soup, potato cakes and stuffed peppers as well as an amazing desert. He was patient and kind and the pisco sours were amazing. We would love to take another class with him again next time we are in Peru. We have recreated the. ceviche in Austin, Texas and loved the result.
