Victor Guia was the best of the experience - Very well worth the guide Victor was of excellence. We searched at the hotel and led to the meeting point. Guide always very empathic and providing assistance to the group.

Fun way to see Cusco - Great fun riding on the top of the bus on the narrow Cusco streets. The guide was knowledgeable and spoke good English. The Inka ceremony was very moving and spiritual. One improvement could be blankets during the 3:30pm tour so people can enjoy seating at the top and appreciate the views and the stars.

Excellent value, fun and informative. - Fantastic value. Lovely tour around the city and beyond. Several really interesting stops so don't think it's just about sitting on a bus. The guide was informative, fun and professional. Worth much more than we paid, hence a good tip.

Cusco tour will impress you so much! - The tour was outstanding and the your guide made the trip memorable. Each of the stops were excellent and offered a taste of Cusco. I made a couple new friends from Lima! I hope we can all connect again in Lima, Cusco or California! I think you will love the tour!

Excellent - I found it very interesting, in 3 hours you see a lot of places. And if you want to come back, you know how they are. Paulo, the guide, a standout. The participation in the Inca rite, I really liked

Just blah - First of all, it was supposed to be with English speaking guide, but 80% was Spanish, so we really didn’t learn anything. It was a bit disorganized. The Pachamama ceremony was fun.

Good trip but not well organized - Content of the Trip was good but organization not brilliant, the trip started an hour late, and we were forever stopping at areas that they were trying to sell you things, the areas visited were ok.

Okay tour - Enjoyed seeing the city, but difficult to hear the tour guide (muffled speaker system) and bus tour very commercialized. They sold pictures, sold drinks on the bus, and asked for money at the ceremony.

Commercial tour - At all times they want to sell something. Awkward. The driver who is also the photographer was very irritated even with the guide to whom he lapped because the guide gave information about the places and was not focused on selling and if on providing information and historical details, which for a tourist is important! It was a comedy!!! In the end the driver's wife stops by to sell the photos of the trip as a souvenir, nice detail.

Scam from beginning to end - go if you want a divorce - I really should’ve listened to the negative reviews, they were spot on. We waited over 1.5 hours for the tour to start, which we initially chalked up to the rain. But that was just the beginning. When the guide finally arrived, he looked like he’d rather be anywhere else. I’ve never met a more miserable tour guide. He seemed genuinely annoyed that we existed. He’d speak for five minutes in Spanish, then switch to English for maybe 20 seconds, usually just enough to say something vague like, “This is important building.” Once we got on the bus (finally), it was clear it had seen better decades. Pieces were falling off the seats, the railings wobbled, and the front glass was cracked. The whole thing felt one pothole away from collapsing. Some highlights of the tour included: - A low-hanging cable whipping across the upper deck that nearly took out a few heads. Not exactly the kind of excitement we were hoping for. - The speaker system sounded like it belonged at a protest campaign. Whatever commentary was being shared was totally unintelligible. - Constant upselling: homemade alcohol, photos, and more llama wool clothing. - And then there was the cultural ritual at the end. While I respect Peruvian traditions, it felt a bit disingenuous, especially when the guide insisted we donate money for the shaman who "doesn’t use money." Odd. Overall, not the experience we were expecting. Save yourself the time and possibly a decapitation. The pro was that the guide knew he was so bad that he didn't even try to guilt us into tipping him.
