We have an exciting trip ahead where we’ll experience the magnificence of Nevado Salkantay and Humantay, their stunning turquoise waters leave our guests in awe.
TRAVEL PLAN:
Your pickup will be scheduled between 4:30 to 04:45 am from your hotel. Our destination is the town of Mollepata, nestled in the verdant Apurimac River Valley.
Post a well-earned breakfast, our journey continues to the town of Soraypampa. Once at Soraypampa (3900masl), we’ll pause to admire the beautiful Andean panorama. Our hike commences from here, a tour that lasts roughly 2 hours leading us to the Humantay Lagoon perched at 4200 meters above sea level. After about 1 hour and 30 minutes of uphill climb, we’ll get to witness the stunning view of the Humantay Lagoon.
Afterwards, we’ll head back to our camp for lunch, where you can enjoy your meal while taking in the gorgeous panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks. We’ll then head back to the city of Cusco and drop you off in the city center, close to the Plaza de Armas.
