Huayopata - Explore the coffee plantations, observe various crops, and engage in the high-altitude coffee harvest. There will also be a chance to visit other plantations featuring tea, lucuma, and more, learning about traditional hand-planting methods. After savoring a delicious lunch made from high jungle ingredients, participate in the coffee skinning, roasting, and tasting process.
ROUTE OF COCOA, COCA AND RETURN TO CUSCO
Huayopata - Following breakfast, private transportation will take you to the cocoa plantations. Visit the Maranura estate and explore the cocoa and coffee plantations, engaging in the harvest, preparation, and tasting of cocoa. A local guide, along with the farmer, will provide insights throughout the experience. The day continues with visits to both traditional and modern coffee and chocolate processing facilities.
Cusco - In the afternoon, return to Cusco, arriving between 6:00 and 7:00 PM.
