Dream come true! - I just returned disappointed from Machu Picchu with one of the bigger tour companies who booked me on circuit 4 . I was walking around Cusco very despondent as I didn’t get that famous postcard photo . This is when I met Carlos who promised me that I would definitely get tickets for circuit 1&2. So the next day I was off to Machu Picchu again . I was picked up from my hotel and taken to the train station in Olllantaytambo train. This time I had a window seat to fully appreciate the lovely scenery.. I was met by a guide at Machu Picchu who helped me with the process of buying the tickets for circuit 1 and the next day we went up the mountain to witness one of the seven wonders on a glorious sunny day. It was truly magical! Everything was well organised including my return to Cusco. Thank you Carlos for helping me fulfil a dream.

Great experience, great services! - Thanks to Carlos, the Machu Picchu trip experience was really great for me and my family. We were travelling with one year-old baby and the tour agency organised most crucial things for us to smooth our experience: pickups from the airport, hotels and railway station, train and entrance tickets, as well as the stay in Aguas Calientes (only that part could be a little better, I would suggest to change the hostal). Overall I highly recommend the services of Carlos and his tour agency!

Machu Picchu Rainy Season Experience - My first trip to Machu Picchu was thrilling. I was supposed to walk from the power plant to Hot Water Town, but due to the rainy season, the road was blocked and impassable. I returned to Ollantambo to buy a train ticket for the next day and arrived at Hot Water Town at about 7:45am. Entry time is 6:00-7:00am, from Hot Water Town to Machu Picchu at about 9 o'clock. After explanation, we finally entered Machu Picchu.

Subpar experience - This experience was not well organized. I received messages from several numbers about the trip which made me question the legitimacy. The trip stated that everything was included but I still had to pay for Machu Picchu tickets. Diego was my tour guide and he was wonderful, but other than him there was a lot to be desired
