Not to be missed on your visit to Cusco - Met with Jesús our chef and guide. Extensive tour of the local market and then back to the studio to prepare cocktails and authentic Peruvian food. Amazing time had being educated on the various local produce and then began preparing our dishes as demonstrated by the chef. Great atmosphere and a superb studio. I’d go again. Thankyou Jesús for a wonderful experience.

Fantastic! - This was such a great class! Chef Jesus taught us about all the food in San Pedro market, then led our small group through 3 dishes, 2 cocktails, and 1 dessert. Chef Jesus is very knowledgeable and leads a fun class! We were full by the time we left - so come hungry. He is also very catering of dietary restrictions. We definitely recommend this as part of your Cusco trip!

Great introduction to the flavors of Cusco - I had a great time. Learned a lot and had some very good food. Chef Jesus gave us knowledge of the ingredients as well as master class on treatment and skills in the kitchen. Chef sent the recipes along with a little bit of history to remind me of all he went over. Definitely recommend!
