- Ceviche Hands-On - Peruvian ceviche, we will mix fresh fish with a variety of other ingredients to make this plate both unique and unforgettable.It’s 100% participatory.
- Lomo Saltado Cooking Experience - All participants will prepare their own Lomo Saltado by sauteing their meal in the wok.It’s 100% participatory.
- Pisco O’Clock - We will enjoy Peru’s emblematic liquor while learning about its history. We will then prepare Pisco Sour. This activity is 100% participatory.
- The Exotics - Due to Peru’s tropical location we have many different,exotic fruits.Here we will sample sweet,acidic,and sweet/sour flavors of fruits of the season.

Great experience! - We loved all of it. We were a small group and Christina, our chef, did a great job of teaching us not only the cooking, but the origin of each dish. Two dishes (ceviche et lomo saltado), but very elaborate recipe, which were delicious. Even included flames! Great experience.

Perfect Anniversary and Couples Date Experience - Chef Alejandro was exceptional. My wife and I have taken several cooking classes in the past yet our experience with him was head and shoulders above the rest. His knowledge of Peruvian history and how it has influenced the cuisine of the region was mesmorizing and the perfect pairing for the delicious meal he taught us to prepare. On a trip where where explored parts of Lima, Puerto Maldonado, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and the Rainbow Mountains, our class with Alejandro might have been the highlight of the entire thing. Thanks for helping to make our anniversary trip so memorable and special!

Trip highlight - We did this cooking class while we were in Peru and it was one of our absolute highlights. Jose was such a wonderful host who taught us how to cook traditional Peruvian dishes. He was funny, informative and made the class extremely enjoyable. The dishes we cooked were so delicious and they were easy enough to replicate back at home.

Amazing experience - We had such a fun evening with José. He was so engaging, funny and welcoming - we felt right at home. The cooking was incredible: delicious, fun, delicious, exciting... did I say delicious?

One of the highlights of my entire trip - Jose is a chef, mixologist and true entertainer. The group had the best time being taught some classic Peruvian dishes, and we had a proper laugh whilst we cooked, drank and ate our own dishes that Jose expertly moved us through. An absolute highlight of our trip to Cusco and must do for any food lover.

Highlight of Cusco - José took us on a wild and fun culinary journey through Peru. Great value for money, this is a cooking lesson, delicious meal, and travel experience all rolled into one. A highlight of our Cusco stay.
