Really cool experience! - Well organized experience, we started with tubing down a river which was a lot of fun! The guides were cool and professionnal. Then, we did the 30mns hike to the waterfall which involves some swimming on the way. Of course, you have to wear life jackets all the time. I've been told it can be pretty busy in the morning, but being there around 2-3 pm worked out great for us since we didn't see many people.

IAN the tour guide is AMAZING!! So was the excursion! - This excursion (waterfall/tubing package) was nothing short of exceptional! Our tour guide, IAN, and his crew were so attentive, entertaining, and compassionate with the 7 and 10 year old kids with us. He was able to calm the young ones during their moments of panic and get them to enjoy the experience. This truly was a memorable experience!!

So glad we did it! - Excellent experience. Tubing was fun and safe. Staff were exceptional. Hike was doable but more difficult than expected.

Pura Vida Excitement - This is the best one there is! Stop looking and just book it. Safe, fun, interesting - the highlight of our trip. 100% would recommend and would do again! Francisco was very kind and patient and knowledgeable. And he takes great photos!

What an amazing experience!! - I can't say enough about this trip we took. We booked the noon slot so that meant we did the tubing first. It was the most fun I've had in Costa Rica I think!! Our guides were Victor, Ian, Douglas and John and they were incredible. They helped us along getting us unstuck when necessary and making sure we were safe and having fun. The second part of the tour was the La Leona Waterfall hike. I failed to read the part about the recommended age of 65 so my mum of nearly 82 and my aunt of 81 were pretty challenged by the journey to the falls. They didn't want to slow down the group though and the guides were game to help them along and so off we went. John from the tubing adventure was along for the trip as well as Luis. They could not have been kinder or more considerate and helpful. Pretty sure my mum and aunt were the oldest to take this tour but we all had a blast and there is no way we could have done it without the generous help and support of John and Luis. Highly recommend this tour!

Perfect day - Jeremy and the guys were so amazing. Such great guides, and did everything right! They made every second such a fun experience!

Family experience - Superb day, impeccable service from our guides. Always present and attentive. The tubing and hiking was memorable!!!

The best thing we did in Costa Rica - My kids (ages 10-16) declared that this was the best thing we did in Costa Rica, and my husband and I agree. It was a blast! Jeremy, Vladimir, & crew were excellent guides. If you do tubing and the hike, plan on closer to 6 hours.

Take a pass… - This review is for the tubing potion only as we did not do the hike (I was asked to write a review here, more to come on that). Overall just not a fan and I would not recommend. Maybe the water levels were too low, but it was not what we were expecting. The rapids (small) are all man made and when you are not going down the rapids the water is not moving and you need to paddle, which becomes very tiresome. You need to be in decent shape and be prepared to get a great workout in. I would not waste a day here… I was extremely turned off by their high pressure sell to get a review. They literally ask you to pull out your phone and write a review for in-front of you. They have a QR code and use your phone to scan it… I believe this is a contribution to many of their great reviews. I won’t mention their names as they asked, but I will say we had (3) guides and the only one that I can speak highly of is Fabio. He was great!! Tips: water shoes (or any shoes) are required; however, they do rent great water shoes for $5. Socks are required and they didn’t sizes greater than 10.
