Tips on Using Huntsville/North Alabama Multi-Pass - We used this to gain entry for two into both the Rocket Center and Botanical Gardens in Huntsville on a 1-day pass. After purchasing the pass from Viator, I almost immediately got a text from the Alabama Tourism Department which gave a link for each attraction we had access to and from those links I could get to the tickets for those attractions we used it for. I waited until I got to that attractions ticket counter to pull up the ticket icons I was seeing at those links and upon just showing that to the ticketing personnel we were given entry without any further action. So, no problems using the pass to get the entries at the discount, but it was confusing up front at first as to how this worked and from where the tickets were to be obtained, and, oddly, I never got any link in my Viator account for the purchase of the pass. The only working link I got to ticketing info specific to the attractions covered by the multi-pass was through the Alabama Tourism Department, which seemed to be a link to a specific page and was not an app or a downloadable document (even though it was referred to as a “download”). On the date of the one-day pass I had purchased it for I got a text from Viator to a link to “download the voucher” , but that did not seem necessary because I already had gotten the direct link to tickets through the Alabama Tourism Department, and the link to the Viator “voucher” that was sent that day didn’t work anyway. The other thing that was confusing that would be applicable perhaps mainly to the 1-day pass was whether or not the pass operated as a “24 hour” pass or was restricted to activate and use only on that one specific calendar date we had indicated when we bought it. I got different answers about this when first calling both Viator and the Alabama Tourism Department Customer Service numbers, but when I called back the latter a second time, they told me I could activate it, for instance, on the afternoon of one date to use for attraction(s) that day and then still use it the next day for more attractions as long as we got entry before the 24 hours after first activation was expired. We did not do it this way because we were afraid it would constraint our entry timing for the last attraction we did on the second date, but it sounds like we could have used it over 24 hours over two different dates. It would be helpful if this was specifically addressed in the website either with Viator or the Alabama Tourism Department to make that clear. Bottom line: it was worthwhile to get the multi-pass to save a little money for our entries and we had no problem using the pass for tickets at the two attractions we went to. Be careful, however, not to open your Alabama Tourism link for the specific attraction tickets before you get there (to your first attraction) because you might activate the pass too early. Hope that helps others utilize this multi-pass and decide about which length multi-pass they need to buy to enjoy some very worthy North Alabama and Huntsville attractions.

Great deal, but plan/call ahead to make sure they’re open. - This is a great deal … we had no issues redeeming tickets. We purchased a two day ticket with plans to go to three attractions. When we arrived to one attraction, it was closing early. The other attractions we could have done in place of that one were closed or to far from where we were. We ended up going to two attractions, in one day, so a one day pass would have saved us money. The US Space and Rocket center was awesome (plan on several hours to see everything). The Cathedral Cavers were spectacular.

Viator Multi-Attraction Passes - We picked 5 places to visit on the 2 day package. Viator was excellent, we highly recommend using them. It was super quick and easy to book the dates and times. Had a problem on our first stop using the tickets but called Viator and they resolved the issue quickly, sent a link and told us how to redeem the tickets. Hope they make this an easier process for future purchases, maybe sending an email with printable tickets. If they don't, (to the customers who buy these packages) please make sure you hit "redeem" on all your tickets at the places you stop so that the places, parks, etc. Will get there money, because when you buy the packages Viator gets their money but the only way for the Parks to get their money is for you to hit redeem on all the tickets. We picked 5 to visit, that is all when could get done in 2 days, 1. Rickwood Caverns, amazing... Bruce was our tour guide and he was the best, such fun. Be prepared for alot of stairs, wow, the stairs. But it is worth it, just an amazing experience. 2. Ave Maria Grotto, nice and amazing, beautiful amazing miniatures of famous places from around the world setup outside winding around paths up and down hills. 3. Huntsville U.S. Space and Rocket Center, great place with cool stuff about Nasa and space, very informative. 4. Cathedral Caverns, this place is incredible, just awe inspiring, our tour guide was Milton, he was the best, so knowledgeable and friendly, be prepared for a mile of walking, 1/2 in and a 1/2 back out, no stairs thankfully but some steep ramps and inclines in spots. 5. Tigers For Tomorrow, wow, amazing, Lions, Tigers, Bears, oh my! it is like Noah's Ark... all kinds of different animals from all over the world, and you can get pretty close to alot of them. Just to get to see and hear these animals in person that you would never get to see otherwise. And we stayed at The Drury Inn & Suites in Huntsville Alabama, 5 stars, great and affordable place to stay, clean, friendly, and safe. And the FREE hot breakfast is out of this world, it is set up like a buffet, so much to pick from. I highly recommend Viator, th Huntsville and North Alabama Multi-Attraction Pass, and The Drury Inn & Suites.

24 hours of fun in Huntsville - I bought this pass because I trust Viator in case their are issues. The family and I were going to Huntsville for a day and wanted to experience several things. This pass easily saved us $50 if not more as we were able to see three attractions in 24 hours. The one thing is that this pass isn't a day pass, it's a 24 hour pass. We started using it at 11 AM on Tuesday and were able to see the Space Museum and the Botanical Gardens without rushing. Both are fun, but the Space Museum is great with kids. Then the next morning we went to Burritt on the Mountain. Very informative with great views of Huntsville. After that we didn't have time to go elsewhere, so the pass expired, which it will say when you log into it. That's it. Worth the money if you are going to just two attractions.

Huntsville tour. - Rocket City in Huntsville; Amazing place, so much history. Huntsville Botanical Garden was magnificent. Well maintained, don’t miss the Butterfly House. So many of the locations involved a lot of driving, thus it’s difficult to do / see many of the sites- in one day.

Useful but Not user friendly - Many of the attractions were not able to scan the ticket presented via viator app. There are too many steps to use the tickets purchased.

Would recommend staying elsewhere - This place was an absolute dump, there was a giant hole punched into the back of my bathroom door. The toilet seat was falling off, towels were paper thin, AC sucked, there was even a whole face of makeup planted onto the top sheet of my bed. Floors were terrible, walls paper thin. The staff was rude as hell, I cannot recommend staying as far away from this place as possible.
