Great way to see and learn about Cuenca - On a sunday afternoon, we had the idea to do the bike tour in Cuenca the next day. I found a telephone number on the site and send a whatsapp message. I got an answer real quick that they would do their best to find a guide for the next morning. And a few hours later, I got a message that they actually found somebody: Wilson! So the next day, Wilson's wife picked us up at the hotel and she took us to their home, where the bikes were. We met Wilson and he explained some things about the bikes (mostly about braking :)). Wilson is a very friendly guide who knows a lot about Cuenca and it's history. We always love to see cities while biking through them and with Wilson sharing his knowledge, it made it even more interesting. After the tour we went back to his home, where we were welcomed by his wife with some fruit to eat. We loved the tour!

Super fun and informative tour. Great way to explore Cuenca! - My husband and I really enjoyed our biking tour! From the beginning, it was a smooth process. Booking was easy and communication from start to finish was excellent. Wilson was our guide and his super friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about Ecuadorian history and culture. He speaks clear English, making the experience easy for folks still learning Spanish. In fact, he also taught us some new Spanish words we used during the rest of our stay. We road around Cuenca for a couple of hours visiting historical sites, and museums, and experiencing the beauty of this amazing city. It was laid back and customized to our biking ability and preferences. Wilson also gave us recommendations for coffee, dinner, places to explore, etc and we enjoyed everyone one of them. It was such a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone interested in exploring Cuenca in a fun and active way!!

Cycling through the city. - Cycling through the city was amazing. I saw so many parts of the city you don't see on the bus tours or by foot. The guide Andres was fantastic, so knowledgeable and I felt safe on the streets at all times.

Bicycling Cuenca w Maria - Maria was our guide and she was always smiling even while navigating traffic circles. She enjoyed illustrating history using the beautiful city of Cuenca's rivers and gardens. The biking was vigorous but not exhausting and Maria frequently gave us rest stops. She gracefully switched to a full tour of an Ecuadorian botanical garden showing plants and fruits unique to her country. She talked about the critical role clean water nourishes the land and the harvest of wonderful food Ecuadorians enjoy. Of course she guided us safely throughout Cuenca waiting for my wife and I as needed. I highly recommend her guided bicycle tour of beautiful Cuenca.

Biking Cuenca - What a wonderful way to see Cuenca, Most of the trip follows the river in the lower, flatter part of the city, seeing Old Town and the new side of Cuenca as well. Our guide was very kind and patient was us, we were much slower than we should of been. A wonderful way to start the day, enjoy the water and the parks.

3 hrs Cuenca citybike tour - Today we had a very nice and easy biketour in Cuenca. The trail is flat and easy and most of the time seperate from other traffic. They picked us up at the hotel and we biked a lot in a green area near different rivers. The Guide, Clever named, spoke very good english and told a lot. We did the biking in the morning so in the afternoon there was time to look in the old city. The mountainbikes were in good condition and helmets were included.

Fantastic Tour! - We loved the biking tour of Cuenca with Sebastian!!! He was very friendly, informative and spoke excellent English. We were delighted to learn that Sebastian had studied on an exchange program in Pennsylvania close to where my husband and I grew up....What a small world! It was a great way to check out the architecture, the rivers, beautiful scenery, Incan ruins, neighborhoods and more. The tour was easy to book and Cuenca Bestours was great about confirming the details of our tour in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
