A truly unique experience! - Loved this experience with my family. Kyle (with a smile) was our guide and could have been better. Very knowledgeable of the area and animals (and also gave us a great recommendation for lunch). So much fun and would absolutely do this again!

Great kayaking trip with super guide - Great experience kayaking at 3 Sisters at Crystal Springs. We chose a clear kayak. We had a super day and although it’s off season for seeing manatees we were lucky to see a mamma and baby in the spring. We had a super guide Jax who was very informative

Kyle witha smile - We had a blast yesterday kayaking. We spotted some manatee, turtles, osprey and a gator. A very friendly baby manatee even hung out with us for a while. The water was beautiful and crystal clear and our guide, Kyle was fun and very knowledgeable.

Incredible Kayaking trip! - They have parking ($10) and a boat launch fee ($5) AND great guides and an awesome gift shop with friendly, helpful people and they run on time. Best of all our guide kept us moving together, kayaking down beautiful waterways with many manatees along the way. The Three Sisters Spring area was incredible, we went swimming in the most natural and crystal clear waters with several grottos? I don’t know but this was the highlight of our 78th Birthday trip for my husband.

Don’t miss the Three sisters! - Three Sisters Springs! So clear, and cold and refreshing after kayaking and seeing so many manatees up close and serene. I don’t swim in natural waters only pools, but the Springs…so inviting and so natural! Beautiful! Highlight of our trip. Definitely coming back to this particular vendor. Great people, friendly, knowledgeable guide.

Clear bottom Kayak Excursion - Had an absolutely fantastic time on the water with Kyle! Kyle is friendly, enthusiastic, approachable, and has a large knowledge of the local animals and waterways. Length of the trip was satisfying.

Nice Guide, but We Did Not Visit Three Sisters Springs as Advertised - We booked the Clear Kayak Three Sisters Springs & Manatee Tour as a family of four, including our children ages 10 and 12. The clear kayaks were enjoyable, and our tour guide was friendly and pleasant throughout the trip. However, the experience did not match what we expected based on the tour name and website description. We understood that the tour would include Three Sisters Springs, but we only paddled around Pete’s Pier and did not visit the springs. We understand that seeing manatees is never guaranteed and is nobody’s fault, but because the water around Pete’s Pier was brackish, it was difficult to see much underwater. We had hoped for the opportunity to see manatees in the clearer water at Three Sisters Springs, as advertised. There was light rain and some lightning in the area before we started. At check-in, we were told that the weather radar was being monitored and that it was safe to continue. More than an hour into the two-hour tour, we asked when we would be going to Three Sisters Springs. That was when the guide explained that he had decided not to take us there because of the weather and the distance. We completely understand making safety decisions, especially with children on the tour. Our concern is that this change in plan was not communicated before the tour began. Had we been told in advance that we would not be visiting Three Sisters Springs, we could have adjusted our expectations or decided whether we still wanted to proceed. The guide was nice, and we appreciated the effort to keep everyone safe. However, clear communication is an important part of good service, especially when a major advertised part of the tour is skipped. That is why we feel a 3-star rating is fair: the tour was okay and the staff was pleasant, but the experience was disappointing and did not fully match what was advertised. The name of the tour is"Clear Kayak Three Sisters Springs & Manatee Tour

I booked this trip for... - I booked this trip for myself, 23 yr old daughter and 8 yr old son. When we got there there was another family buying tickets who also had an odd number so they put one of those family members in my kayak. For 2 hours instead of me being able to enjoy this experience with my kids I was stuck with a 70 yr old grandma who showed signs of dementia. She was a sweet lady but I didnt book this trip to spend time baby sitting someone else's grandma. This ruined my entire experience and I feel like was a total waste of my money. Instead of being able to enjoy this as family or just being able to relax I was constantly getting us out of rocks or situations she put us in. It was the absolute worst kayaking experience I've ever had!

Disappointed - Very disappointed with this tour. The advertisement made it seem like we would actually see manatees at Three Sisters Springs in Clearwater, but the guides already knew there were no manatees there. Instead, they tried to show us one random manatee near the port where we started. Honestly, I could have rented a kayak myself and done the same thing without paying $80 per person . The experience did not match the advertising at all, and it felt misleading. I would not recommend this tour if you are expecting to see manatees at Three Sisters Springs.
