Highly Recommend! - We were very pleased with this experience. Cypress was phenomenal in leading our group of kayakers and provided ample opportunities for manatee viewings. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly. From the check in process to the end we had a great experience. All the staff we interacted with here were wonderful. It was an extremely relaxing and exciting experience all in one. Grateful we did it and hope to be back soon, thank you all so much!

Crystal River Manatees - Kyle and co. - We had a phenomenal time out on the springs. The team are great. From welcoming us, to ‘Kyle with the smile’ who humoured me laughing at my jokes. He was super informative and even managed to locate a lone manatee and filmed them swimming under our see through kayak. Genuinely a great experience and I couldn’t recommend the team any more highly

Truly Crystal Clear - Jax was THE BEST!!! I took the early tour. We saw A LOT of birds, even a dolphin...yes a dolphin. I went off season so no luck with a manatee but the kayaking to Crystal River is a great workout. I could not believe how crystal clear the water was (No pun intended).

A Hidden Gem for Active Family Fun! - Brilliant tour experience with a fabulously knowledgeable, friendly, and delightful local tour guide, Cypress! Cypress pointed out lots of wildlife and we were lucky to see a manatee also even though October isnt the season for it, so super lucky to have a guide who know what and where to look. She also took lots of photos which meant you can focus on being there and not worrying about capturing it. I'm not one to buy the photo's normally, but Cypress captured the tour so well, I had no choice. The price was very reasonable also! Highly recommend this tour. Advise you wear a rash vest or plenty of sunscreen and note that you can't wear shoes of any type in the clear kayak as they would mark it. I did this solo as we were an odd number and the kayak was still very manageable. I also took a zip lock clear bag for my phone (which I didn't use) and a bottle of water. We did it as a family and we all loved it, so if you are looking for a unique, fun and active couple of hours in a beautiful place which is located in a peaceful and natural environment, do this!

Lots of wildlife - If you are expecting to swim, that is not an option on this tour. It was beautiful and our tour guide Kyle with a smile was amazing! Super informative and interactive with us. Totally worth the money. Although you will see lots of native wildlife, manatees are not guaranteed but we did see one huge one. Not in the springs, it was in the bay.

Jax gave us a wonderful tour. Saw a manatee even though it was off season. A bit pricey for what it is however! - I understood it was not prime manatee season, and opted to go anyway. Glad I did. Read about the season dates and be informed before you schedule your trip. Off season you can go into the springs and check them out, they’re amazing. In manatee season, you cannot actually go into the springs. Our guide Jax was wonderful. She would find us different wildlife to look at and explain things well and answer any questions. I loved seeing the clear springs and different fish and crabs in them. The beauty of the springs itself was amazing!! Even though it was off season, we did see a manatee and her calf but they were not in the clear springs, just on our way to them. We also saw a variety of birds & turtles. I was hoping for an alligator sighting at a distance, but no sighting. The clear kayak was pretty cool. I think I would prefer to have a kayak to myself, not two people to a kayak. That might be a good option to consider offering.

Glass boat not worthwhile for manatee sighting - Unfortunately no manarees seen, glass kayak not worth it, water much too dark, nice guide, not strenuous to paddle
