During warmer periods, there could be instances where no manatee sightings would occur since it’s their nature to be unpredictable. The manatees typically return to the Gulf of Mexico, their primary food source. You’ll be educated on the appropriate methods of observing these fascinating creatures along with gaining insight into the ecosystem of Crystal River.
