Arrive just minutes before your reserved tour time where you will find one of the finest five star PADI dive and snorkel facilities. Our friendly staff guides you and your family thru check in, gear up and a presentation on how to behave around manatees. Follow the in water guides on a short drive to the docks where there is plenty of parking. This manatee adventure is by boat on the spring fed waters of Crystal River where sea-sickness is never an issue. Experience the manatee water world either by snorkel or as a boat rider. Fun for the whole family. After returning to the docks follow the guides back to American Pro Diving Center to return gear, change into dry clothes, shop for souvenirs and watch your trip on the big screen TV. Great memories last a lifetime!

Equally catering to both swimmers and spectators, this manatee snorkel tour in Crystal River, Florida provides all necessary equipment. Snorkelers are outfitted with wet suits, masks, snorkels and fins to encounter the plentiful resident manatees. Our pool-side guides, called Dive-masters, ensure a fun and safe interaction between manatees and humans. - Wetsuits are available in all sizes from toddlers (2 years old and up) to adults up to 5X

Experience of a Lifetime - Went out with captian Mike and Michelle they were amazing. So much great information they shared. We got to swim with many manatees. Got great photos...and loved the moca manatee drinks to warm us up. Thank you for the experience of a life time.

Lots of Manatees! - Saw a lot of manatees. John was an excellent guide and Geri was a great captain. We saw manatees less than 50 yards from the dock. John did a great job direction us to the manatees and explaining what we were seeing.

Fabulous time - Everything was so great what a fantastic staff they have. Our tour guides Austin and Rodney were fabulous. We saw manatees and a dolphin. They were both so knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Couldn’t have had a better time.

Fun morning with the manatees - Ryan and Gerry were great guides - friendly, knowledgeable and fun!
The manatees were a little shy but we got to swim up close to a few. They are massive and adorable!

Great day for being on the water and swimming with the manatees - Water clarity was murky and a little difficult to see the manatees. We did get to see an and swim with a mother and its calf , and another manatee. We saw dolphins and turtles. The staff was very knowledgeable. It was a great day , with great weather!

Fair experience. - We were all aboard after viewing the video about the rules of our swim with the manatees. However, when we got to the only spot where they were swimming, there were several other boats full of people in the same area. In order to actually see them, we had to swim up to them, crowd them and there was lots of noise. Actual time spent swimming with them was very limited-we were hurried along by our boat crew so that other boats could have viewing time. Disappointing. Could’ve gotten just as close in a kayak.
