Highlights
- Nature’s Adventure Center - Guests check in at the front desk, and then a tour guide will show everyone FWC’s Manatee Manners video, instruct our snorkel briefing, and fit everyone for wetsuits. Once it is time, all guests will be shuttled down the dock to meet their Captain. Once on the boat the Captain will take everyone on Kings Bay to locate a manatee to snorkel with. The tour is 3 Hours in Total, with 1 hour of prepwork and 2 on the water.

Additional Information
Experience the unique opportunity of swimming alongside manatees at Crystal River in Florida, their natural setting. Our tour restricts the number of travelers to no more than 6 per boat, providing an exclusive, memorable rendezvous which is equally advantageous for our guests and the manatees. Eye the distinctive SeaDaddys welcome as soon as you get there, complete with a warm friendly smile and a cordial reception at SeaDaddys!
Bear in mind, our manatees are not captive, thus they are not adapted to approach humans. As the tours are held in their indigenous environment, every tour we organize is unique in its own way.
Set aside approximately 3 ½ hours for the whole process including the preparatory procedures preceding your tour.
It requires at least 2 participants for the tour to take place
Our boats have the capacity of 6-8 passengers, for parties with more than 6 individuals please get in touch with us

- If Snorkeling, guest must be able to get up and down 4 step ladder
- Service Dogs/pets may be required to Purchase a private tour
- Snorkeling is not recommended for anyone with recent surgeries

5 stars for manatee freedom, plus Collin & Dallis - Our adventure started as soon as Collin, our tour guide and photog greeted us. He was extremely engaging and very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna involved in this experience. Dallis, our captian for the day was also very kind and concise. We appreciated that the animals were free to come and go as they pleased and were not forced into a meeting with us, however we were extremely lucky to meet a very curious male manatee who interacted with us. We went in with the knowledge that these protected animals might decide to take the day off, but Collin and Dallis patiently watched for them and found us some great spots to meet the beasties. In the water Collin was very helpful getting us close enough to the manatees to see them and allow them to engage with us. It was very obvious both Collin and Dallis care about the manatees and the environment in which they live, it felt like the right company for me to spend time on a tour, and if I go in the future, I will request the same humans again!

wonderful experience and staff is amazing - me and husband did this excursion and we had the greatest time! it was a beautiful day and saw so many manatees! the staff is wonderful and knew what they were doing. if you want to swim with manatees this is the company to do it with!

Awesome memories for some Northerners! - Captain Megan and Emmett were awesome guides out on the Crystal River. We saw a bunch of manatees, even a mama and a baby! Snorkeling with all the fish was really cool too! Thanks for all the interesting facts along our ride out and back Emmett! Great navigating Megan! What a blast for this family from Maine! God bless you guys. 😊

Nice tour, great people, expensive pictures - Just got back from a really nice 8am snorkel. Chris and Lizz were an excellent captain and guide. So friendly and helpful!! They love what they do and make sure that you see all your can possibly see. We can't thank them enough. For those interested in pictures that they take for you, it's $25 per picture and $99 for the whole album. I asked what the price was before we left but wasn't given an answer. Pretty disappointed by the cost and wanted to give you all a heads up.

Great Manatee experience - We had a great time with SeaDaddys on the Manatee boat trip and our son Dean saw 2 Manatees when he did the snorkeling. Colin was an excellent instructor and knowledgeable about the Manatees and very friendly and lots of fun. Also Michelle the Captain was also very friendly and very knowledgeable about the Manatees. We would recommend SeaDaddys.

Great experience - Sarah and Brandon were amazing! It was like spending the day on a boat with friends. I was worried about the ethics of doing this, but respect for the animals and environment was top priority at every turn. We felt very safe and comfortable and Brandon even offered to lend someone his sweater when it was cold!
