A delightful day out touring Istrian Wineries. - A truely delightful experience! Dalibro was the perfect guide. From picking us up in a very comfortable and air conditioned vehicle. Right through to his enjoyable and insightful commentary on the history of the areas we drove through and our wineries. The 3 wineries we visited were all charming, we here we tasted about 5 Istrian wines and learnt a little about the different varieties and techniques. We also purchased a few amazing Istrian wines at very good prices. Recommended.

Unexpectedly good wine tour - Amazing afternoon at three wineries in Istria with Dalibor as our driver/guide. Each of the three places we visited were different from each other and apart from the first stop, were quite small producers of great local wines, spirits and olive oil. The people in each of the wineries were really enthusiastic about what they did and at no point were you confused with too much detail. If you like wine and enjoy the company of a very friendly and chatty guide - then this is complete for you.

Very pleasant wine trip - Very pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Three very different wineries round the Pula to Rovinj area, all with excellent wines. Our guide Stefan was very good and we were lucky to be the only ones on the tour so we had undivided attention. Would recommend.

A fantastic time - My wife and I booked this tour expecting a nice day of meeting new people and trying some new wines. We were picked up right on time by Marko and Annjulie, who greeted us with “You look like two people who enjoy drinking wine”. It was a great opener to a great day. We were the only people on the tour, which was amazing, as we were worried the tour may be cancelled due to lack of numbers. Marko and Annjulie were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the wines and area we were drinking them in. The wines were delicious and the vineyards were incredible. Would highly recommend this tour with Marko and Annjulie.

Learning and enjoying wines in a relaxed setting - Finding Krug Travel’s half day winery tour was one of the highlights of our Croatian vacation. The tour was perfect combination of easy going atmosphere, interesting wineries and wines and good conversation. Matteo was an excellent and knowledgable host. Would warmly recommed to anyone wanting to learn about wines or just looking for a fun way to spend the day 😊

DISHONEST & FRADULANT ADVERTISING & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - So the tour advertised slightly more than other tours, which is why I purchased it, but I DIDN'T GET THE WHOLE TOUR THAT WAS ADVERTISED. The tour operator gave me excuses which had nothing to do with it, like they picked me up from my hotel BUT THIS WAS PART OF WHAT I PAID FOR. They tried every excuse to not deal with my complaint. On top of us not getting what we paid for, the driver rushed us (& not in a nice way - it was like he wanted to get home for something) & our whole group made jokes of it behind the drivers back all the way through the tour because we felt like he was blaming us. AVOID KRUG TRAVEL & Viator as they are both as bad as one another not wanting to help if you have a complaint as they already have your money. I have used Viator quite a bit in the past but will not be using them again & I will be letting everyone I know who visits Croatia NOT TO USE KRUG TRAVEL. We have booked to go back but will not be using either company again. VERY DISSAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.
