Intro to Cordoba wines - The wine tasting was held in a lovely shop which sells local products. Our host guided our palates through 4 local wines, explaining the grape, the winemaking process and the similarities and differences with other Spanish wines and regions.

Wine lovers must do! - Fun and knowledgeable experience learning about the wines of Cordoba. Francisco was very helpful and knowledgeable. The wines and paired tapas were on point.

Wine tasting - kind of different and we loved it - We have done quit a few of wine tastings over the years, so we thought we knew what we were in to. But no.... this was something else. Something different. But something we really liked😁. We tasted four different wines - all from the the grape Pedro Ximénez. Sounds a little bit boring, but no.... It was really interesting and fun to notice how wine/grapes evolves differently and how they can evolve on the "sweet-dry scale". We also got three different (cold) tapas with the wine, and they were also great. So all in all - loved it and recommend it.

Local wine expertise - I loved learning more about the wine of the Montilla-Moriles and trying a delicious range of the Pedri Ximenez. The host was so knowledgeable and passionate about wine and answered all our questions. Such a great little shop too!

Real local wine tasting - Very informative. All local grapes - different wine making processes. Enjoyed learning and some great new wines.

Personalized wine tasting - When we arrived we were surprised to find out that it was just the 2 of us-great!! Francisco knew his wines, had great pairings and we learned a few things along the way. It was a great evening. Francisco also does Nike/ guided tours, had we known that, we would have booked with him. Thanks Francisco!!
