An excellent experience in Cordoba - The guide was quite professional, well read and explained clearly. The group was very small. This tour is highly recommended.

Not to be missed - The Mosque/Cathedral is extremely impressive. Its history is even more interesting. Our guide Christina was very knowledgeable and fluent in English. The Alcazar gardes were very beautiful. Make sure you take this day trip

Tour could have better content - The tour guide Christina was excellent, but we are not very happy with the content of the tour. We spent more time in Alcazar, which is much less interesting than in Sevilla, than in Mosque, which is the main Cordoba attraction.

Is It a Mosque or a Cathedral? - The changes made to the mosque (cathedral) over the years were amazing. A place worth seeing. Downside was to much free time than made for a very long day.

Misleading Advertising - Cordoba and sights were spectacular though more time should have been spent in Mosque Cathedral as opposed to Jewish Quarter and Synagogue as they were small. Misleading because we were expecting it to be a small group tour as they advertise that we would be travelling in a minivan. However while not a large tour bus, it was definitely larger than a minivan. When we got to Cordoba with our group of 20 or so, the group just kept getting larger as more English speaking people were added to our group at every stop. So in the end we probably had over 50 people with one guide. Additionally the hotel pickup has it's pros and cons. Given that we were the first hotel to be picked up we were on the bus for over 1 hour before we even made it out of Seville, just picking up people at other hotels.

Disappointing tour - Disappointed with this tour. We paid for entrance to the Jewish synagogue but it was closed on the day of our tour when we told the guide and then the driver they just blamed each other no offer of partial refund . It said tour included entrance to mosque and cathedral found out it was one so why did they advertise as cost of 2 different places? Van’s air conditioning did not work on the way back it was just blowing air we repeatedly asked for it to be cooler needed to ask for a stop to get cold water because we were wet with sweat from the heat and needed some air.

Buyer Beware! - Visitours biggest challenge is their communications & customer service. We had booked this tour as the Mosque was one of the many reasons I was traveling to Spain and to have the tour leave without you, that just made things worse. We were informed that we would be leaving at a parking garage down the street. Since I had a bad back, I need to be seated while we were waiting, so we could not stand at the entrance to the parking garage, but sat in a location where we could watch the cars come and go in front of the parking garage as well as in iut. There was not a lot of clarity on what the entrance was. We saw no place where the driver could stop and not block the parking lot or a common street. My wife went around the inside of the parking garage looking for someone that looked like they were picking people up. We had arrived 10 minutes early, so it was not too disturbing at the time. 5 minutes after the pick-up time, my wife called and asked where the driver was. The gentlemen on the phone was OK with English, but had trouble communicating where our driver was and what they were driving (my wife kept asking specifically for the type of vehicle that we should be looking for and if it was on the street or in the garage. The person on the phone couldn’t understand what was being ask. After we scrambled around the parking garage & the streets upstairs to no avail, I called and was informed they left without us. We found out later, that this tour is on a 60-seater bus and doesn’t stop at the “entrance” but rather just past that location where trash bins are and could block your view if you were seated where we were seated. We were informed that we would not get a refund because the driver was there but we were not. The simple fact that the driver did not look around for us, but rather shrugged the shoulders and left was a shocking experience. The fact that no communication was sent, but rather had to be initiated by us was incredible to believe. Fortunately, we rebooked the tour with another company (as visitours didn’t even attempt to offer a day to tour on.) and they were precise on time, it was a great tour and a dream was eventually achieved.

Avoid Lola and Visitours - We have done quite a few organised tours during our current trip to Spain and this was the worse by a long way. The organization at the meeting point was hopeless with "them' struggling to get everyone into their allocated language groups. It then got worse because our tour guide, Lola, should be in another profession. She was slow, hard to understand, uninteresting etc etc Our afternoon tour with Citiexpert was great
