Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos - Maria was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable about the Alcazar and she pointed out unique discoveries in the mosaics on the walls. Amazing about the first picture with perspective

Great trip to the Christian Monarchs of Alcazar - Very knowledgeable guide on our trip to Alcazar. The only thing was we had booked for 11.30am on your website and it was changed to 10.30 am. In the end though it worked out fine for us so wasn’t a problem. I think though you should specify the correct time of the trip as some people might be on a tight time schedule. Otherwise we both thoroughly enjoyed it. 😃

Everything all right - Everything was fine, I got the support I needed by email and by WhatsApp also. I could recommend this service.

Boring - The guide was a sweet young girl but she was uninspiring and not that easy to understand. She actually said it was her first tour. My husband and I were bored and left half way through. As did some other people. We enjoyed looking at the gardens on our own.

Be careful with this company that the tour will be in the language you choose. - We made sure to book an English tour when we arrived the guide gave half the tour in English and half in Spanish. We felt that we got less than we paid for.

The tour was cancelled and guide didn't show up - We booked a ticket with Viator for an english tour in Sunday. We got there by 10:00 am, 15 mins before the tour, waited for almost 20 minutes and the guide didn't show up. We contacted viator that shockingly told us there is no tour happening that day (and they refunded us). We were really disappointed!

very disappointed / disappointed - unfortunately, entreculturas tours canceled the visit 8 minutes before the appointment even though everything was confirmed and we were there. Supposedly no more places, but the group never existed because being in advance I watched all the groups leave. No alternative solution has been proposed. This reservation was made through Viator. If you don't want to miss your vacation, run away!!!

DON'T BOOK WITH ENTRECULTURAS - The tour provider (Entreculturas) deliberately cancelled the tour on the morning it was to occur, thereby avoiding the 24 hour cancellation and refund window. The cancellation was received in the morning before the 10.00am tour, so no alternative could be arranged. A refund has been requested multiple times, and the messages have been read. No response has been forthcoming. This is clearly designed to rip people off
