Costa Rica Cooking Class - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our cooking class with John Carlos and Esperanza was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Costa Rica! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like family and created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Not only did we learn how to prepare authentic Costa Rican dishes, but we also learned so many fascinating facts about Costa Rican culture, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques. They explained everything in a way that was engaging, hands-on, and easy to follow, making the experience enjoyable for cooks of any skill level. The food was incredible, and those fresh, homemade empanadas were the icing on the cake! They were absolutely delicious and something we'll be talking about long after our vacation. If you're visiting Nosara, don't miss this experience. John Carlos and Esperanza are wonderful hosts, amazing teachers, and genuinely kind people. Fun and chill activity - This was a low-key, laid back way to make local Costa Rican food and have a good time, too. Jean-Carlos is so chill and friendly. My friend and I had a good time learning how to make empanadas and ceviche. We left with full bellies and a greater appreciation of outdoor kitchen fire cooking. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend. Amazing experience. - Juan Carlos was amazing and we had so much fun. The food was delicious and authentic. We loved hearing about him learning the recipes from his grandmother. Highly recommend and would go again. We will be making the ceviche at home for sure!

Book now, it's awesome! - This is a must do in Nosara! Manuel was so fun! He had our family of 4 (2 teens) all cooking, smiling and even dancing. We had an action packed week in Costa Rica and everyone agreed this was their favorite activity. Plus, the food was awesome!
