Meal Options
  • Welcome drink, baked beans, taralli, olives - The classic Apulian entertainment
  • Upper the table - All those dishes that must never be missing on the Apulian table, that is raw vegetables, vegetables in extra virgin olive oil, bruschetta, focaccia
  • Caciocavallo podolico - A typical specialty, increasingly difficult to find
  • Bombette - Very thin slices of pork neck wrap the caciocavallo, put on the spit and cook slowly on the grill
  • Zampina - The typical Apulian sausage rolled in a spiral of flavors that only the olive wood embers can release
  • “Gnimiridd” - Lamb entrails rolls flavored with parsley and bay leaf, a real delicacy
  • Raw vegetables - Tasty carousels and lush celery, a selection of seasonal vegetables, organically grown in our garden
  • Fruit and sweets - Typical sweets of the Apulian tradition always vary according to the season
