Great Day on Roatan - Our guide Favian was awesome. He helped us customize our tour so we could include the Sloth/Monkey experience and the West Bay Beach. It was our favorite of the cruise.

Roatan adventure! - We visited while on a cruise, super easy to book. Our tour guide was Dave, he was great. We asked him if he treated all guests this way or if we were special, he said he treats all guests this way! We would definitely use their service again. 5+ Stars

Best Island Tour - We wanted to experience the Island with a local company and a custom tour so we chose Charlie's Roatan tours. Rolando was out tour guide and driver. It was only the two of us and he took us everywhere we wanted to go for the day. He was very informative, careful driver and you can tell he loves his country. We ended the tour with a day pass for a few hours at the Infinity Bay Resort. Highly recommend going there for a fantastic beautiful beach day. Rolando stayed with us and helped us get the best prices for beach activities and souvenirs. Loved our day and got back to the ship on time. Best tour ever and cheaper than the cruise excursions. Fantastic tour. Thank you, Stanford! - Just a shout out to Stanford, who gave us a tour of the island. He was so kind and knowledgeable, and we learned so much from him. It was our first time visiting so we had a ton of questions and wanted to see everything. We had such a great day and can't thank him enough for being our personal guide to Roatan!

Above and beyond the call of duty - Our number one objective was to hold a sloth, but the sloth was not feeling well that day. So our guide made arrangements to go to another park and to hold a sloth. Way beyond what the tour had to to. We also went zip lining that was awesome too.

Top Notch Tour from Start to Finish!!! - We had a wonderful tour of Roatan from start to finish! Stanford was our driver/guide the entire trip. We first went to the highest point of the island and took pictures. Then we stopped at Jungle Top Monkey and Sloth Preserve. We next went to the Rusty Fish Market and Chocolate Factory. Then we went to the Rum Factory. Lastly, we finished at the beach doing a short snorkeling trip. Stanford was so kind to take our chocolate we had purchased and place in a refrigerator while we snorkeled because he was worried it would melt. He was such a kind man!! Highly recommend Charlie’s Roatan Tours. This was my first experience using a private company not with a cruise line and my family was extremely pleased!!!!

Personalize tour - It was a very personalized experience. We weren't in a tour bus, we were individually set up with a tour guide and driven all over the island

Wonderful Day in Roatan! - We spent the day with Charlie himself! It was the best excursion we’ve ever booked! We signed up for horseback riding, monkey/sloth hangout, chocolate/rum factory, and city walk tours. We began with a short 10 minute walk to meet up with Charlie. After loading up, he began sharing all kinds of interesting facts about the beautiful island. He answered all our questions and took us to see the most incredible views. We started by shopping with a few local families. Make sure to bring plenty of cash! We then went out to the sloth/monkey hangout. This was a once in a lifetime experience. We got to hold sloths and multiple monkeys! It was so exciting! We left there and went to ride horses along the coast. We even rode through the water for a bit! Next, we toured the chocolate factory and even taste tested their delicious chocolate! Again, bring cash!! Next was the rum factory and a beautiful lookout over the island. Last, we stopped by the Roatan sign for a photo. He was open to questions and requests for stops as time allowed. He was very friendly and professional. He requires that you be dropped off at the port in plenty of time so no fear of being left behind! Overall, this was a perfect experience. We can’t wait to visit this beautiful island again and we fully intend to contact Charlie when we do. Book this experience, you will not regret it.

We loved Odessa and Charlie's Roatan Tours - We went on a private tour with Odessa with Charlie's Roatan Tours. From start to finish we received excellent service and had a great time. Odessa was flexible and allowed us to make a couple changes to our stops as we didn't care about the Rum factory and she suggested alternate fun stops. Odessa shared currency from Honduras, and gave us information about the island. Take note, A lot these tour guides in Cozumel, Belize, Honduras receive either no salary or a small salary and depend on tips to make a living. We found this out in Cozumel. I was glad I asked because I thought $20-$30 was a good tip. I had no idea. So I flat out asked about what is considered a good tip for a 6 hour private tour, NO LESS THAN $70 or more if they aren't getting a salary and $60 and up if they are.

Island Tour we'll never forget! - My wife and I took a day Island tour, with Dave. We cruised around to the Rum factory, Brewery, Chocolate Factory, and the zoo. Dave entertained the entire time, showing off his island. We felt very safe, and had a good time with him. If you book with Charlie's, ask for Dave. They even customized our tour for us.
