Excellent Roatan Experience - We loved our 4 1/2 hour island tour! We ziplined, snorkeled the reef, held sloths and toucans, went to chocolate factory and rum factory. We also stopped at Anthony's Key Resort. Jorge was great! He is a native of Roatan and was able to answer all of our questions. We could have stopped wherever we wanted but we kept with the tour plan. It was a private air conditioned vehicle. This was my first time booking an excursion with a company that was not through the cruise line and I loved it! Highly Recommend Alex Roatan Tours!

A nice experience in spite of the weather! - The weather was gray and the water choppy. Our guide, Jorge modified the excursion. We toured the island making stops at the highest point, the chocolate factory and rum cake store. Because of the weather we did not get to the beach, but he did take us to a place where we got to go out on a small boat for a snorkeling experience. So, in spite of the slight rain and gray skies, we had an informative and enjoyable experience. Thank you!

More $$$? Snorkeling was great! - The car was okay but the driver and staff did not seem to know what was happening. When we got to our first stop, the driver asked us to pay now instead of the end so he could get some gas. To his surprise, or not, we advised him that we had already paid for the excursion. Later he said that he called the "guy" back and was told that it would be okay if we didn't pay so everything was good. hmmmm! Once we got to the beach, snorkeling and crew on the beach and boat were great. Maybe we should just have booked the snorkeling only.

Avoid it!!! - Very difficult to find the tour guide when we arrived the port but the worst was the boat that took us for snorkling. Not professional at all. I do not recommend this tour.
