Brilliant,informative and most of all fun - The whole set up is brilliant from start to finish and Jake and the team tailor your experience to exactly what you want to get out of it, for instance I was keen to gain some knowledge of the whole distilling process which I certainly did where as my wife just enjoyed having a laugh and creating a mad concocotion which im sure she will enjoy sharing with our friends when they come over First class job guys we will be back

Wonderful time at the Gin Masterclass! - My wife and I had an absolute blast at the the Gin Academy Masterclass with Raven, Jake, and Richie. The evening starts off with a welcome cocktail in their garden, followed by a guided gin tasting on which Raven walked us through 4 Stillgarden creations while delivering an informative and entertaining presentation about Stillgarden and the history of gin. After that we were turned loose on the wall of botanicals where we got to select the recipe for our own signature gin. Around then we were served our second cocktail and a wonderful charcuterie board. The board wasn't quite a whole meal for two, but it was close, definitely a substantial snack. Don't eat too big a dinner beforehand! While our botanicals were distilling, we were lead upstairs where Raven talked more about the process of gin making at Stillgarden and some of the equipment they use. We also were walked through a quick cocktail making class using in-house created ingredients. The evening ended with us getting to create the label for our one of a kind gin. Overall, this was a super fun experience that was made even more special by Raven's incredible energy and personality. It's a fun mix of education and entertainment. We've done tours that go deeper into history and we've done tours that have done deeper into the science and process of distilling. This one is a really nice balance among history, science, and fun. A really fun date or group experience. Highly recommended!

Gintastic! - Very different spirit and distillery experience...lots of fun, hands on use of mini stills and selecting tour own botanicals

Unique experience for any gin enthusiast - This unique experience was exceptional. A blend of chemistry, history, and mixology. The cocktails flowed while we learned about gin and hand crafted our own bottle. I highly recommend.

Much more than just a tasking - Went there with my girlfriend and we had an amazing evening. Jake's presentation on the history was lovely and drinks all night were an all-around nice experience

A fantastic evening for couples, or a group. Great value, great fun. - This was an excellent evening, I went with my wife but it would equally work well for a group (e.g. hen, girls night, lads night if the lads were into Gin). Hosts are fantastic, you're greeted with your choice of cocktail off the menu, you're given easily 2-3 more drinks (not to mention the 4 gin samplings), there's nice snacks (think bread/cheese/ham/olives) and it's educational in that you learn loads about how Gin is actually made and what makes a good one / bad one. Coming home you're bringing your own bottle of Gin with you. Honestly I can't say a bad word about it

Wonderful experience, amazing drinks - 100% Recommended. The massterclass was such a great time. I went with my sister and we had a blast. Connor was our 'teacher' and he is just marvelous at what he does. He explained everything with great detail but in such an easy and understandable fun way. Also, cocktails are amazing. 100% we will be back to have few drinks and to help in the comunity garden. Overall, an amazing experience!

10 STARS! - If I could give it more than 5 stars I would, EXCELLENT! It is the perfect thing to do that is unique and local while in Dublin. You learn how they make their gin, their innovative cocktails and how they are remaining sustainable while supporting their community. AMAZING! And the plus side is you get to leave with your own bottle of gin that you CREATED! Also, the local brewery next door is amazing to grab a bite to eat with the locals.

Good host poor experience - Rather poor day out , food provided was poor and not as described . Gin quality wasn't very good . Cocktail masterclass consisted of pre provided mixers so just put in shaker and go no selection hardly a masterclass . Host was knowledgeable and informative shame he was let down by product and overall experience
