D08 EWK2 - Learn how to craft some of our ground-breaking cocktails in this hands-on experience. You’ll create two signature drinks, with fresh ingredients and some molecular surprises!
You’ll also learn the history of distillation and see our state of the art distillery equipment in action. After the class, relax in our bar and enjoy the drinks you’ve created. With the option to order further drinks from our full menu of delicious libations. Pizza/salads are also available.
Tickets include a welcome drink plus 2 cocktails and classes last 60 minutes..

Absolutely Great Experience. - We had a wonderful time. Our master bartender/host, jake, was so entertaining, knowledgeable about the gin making process, the drinks, the science and the StillGarden experience. Loved It!! Would highly recommend this to everyone. Wished we actually had the time to make our own gin!!

Fantastic time with Stillgarden cocktails - We absolutely loved the experience. The drinks were delicious and fun to make, and hearing more about Stillgarden more, we now consider ourselves fans. Will definitely come back for more!!!

Unique Distillery Experience - Our host, Jake, was fantastic! We learned so much about the distillery itself and its sustainable practices. It is such a unique distillery in Ireland. The cocktails we made were unique and tasty. Great experience all around. Will be back again!

A fun day! - Jake was a great teacher.We had loads of fun while picking up some skills and new info on cocktail making. We got to create our own signature cocktail which was a tad difficult because I wanted to add everything in but luckily managed to control myself .A fun day out while learning something new.

Great experience! - This was a great thing to do on a trip to Dublin with friends! The team were great, really friendly and welcoming, the venue is beautifully presented and the cocktails were fun to make and delicious! We also bought lovely spirits from the shop to take home. Highly recommended!

Great experience - 10/10 - It was very engaging beyond making the cocktails, and we learned a lot about Stillgarden. I brought my friend for her birthday and we had the best time. Raven is a great presenter/hostess and made it all the more enjoyable. I would recommend it.
