Moher means cliff in Irish - Great experience. The cliffs, awesome. The trip, heavy, although the driver and guide, Hector, was in charge of enlivening it with many curiosities and anecdotes, both historical and current, during the journey there and back.

Moher Cliffs Tour - You tour a part of Ireland, with a bus and driver in Spanish that explains you along the route. Main visit the Cliffs of Moher. The driver Adal, perfect, very attentive to the group.

Magnificent tour - The tour is excellent and unique. Impressive view, with a very good infrastructure. To highlight the guide Hector, who in addition to knowing about the important points of the route, commented on the history of Ireland. One note: the bus has no toilet, which needs to be alerted in the ad.

Very prepared and enjoyable guide - Experience highly recommended and especially highlight JUAN, our guide. Apart from explaining everything with rigor and a lot of judgment, he was very friendly and enlivened our excursion.

Bitter-sweet experience - The experience is highly recommended. However, there was no punctuality on the part of the Enterprise, apparently due to an unforeseen situation. And that caused us to spend a very short time in Galway and I think it was very worth it. In addition, the driver, as he defined himself, was a very arrogant gentleman and the comments during the first 15 minutes about the trip, made us think that we had spent €89.00 per head, which would not be worth it. However, he proved to be a very learned and knowledgeable lord about Dublin. Of course, despite being a 12-hour excursion, we did not get heavy.

mmmmmmm - Very little time in the clffs to tour, Galway is an unnecessary stop, has nothing important to show, there are more interesting things along the way

A bitter experience - Most rescueable is that we were lucky enough to have a sunny day in Moher and we could see beautiful landscapes and majestic cliffs, however, I do not recommend this agency if you are from Latin America, I will explain why. Since we arrived on the bus in the morning the guide who touched us was very impolite, his treatment was rough and as he says arrogant, Salvador names himself as an arrogant person and all his speech starts from there; throughout the journey from Dublin to Galway that is about 2 and a half hours he narrates the story from a derogatory perspective towards the "Hispanic Americans" as he calls the people of Latin America, his tone is superb and he emphasizes much that he knows how the Spaniards got great battles, it is important to mention that I have taken many tours with Spaniards and it is the first time I have touched such a person. Dublin took 3 tours and all agencies with Spanish guides and this was the only bad experience, not because of the tour but because of the experience with the guide. In the second part of the trip Salvador improved his treatment but it was too late, leaves a very bad taste in the mouth, and in that we agreed several of those who took the tour. Yes I recommend going to see the cliffs but there are several agencies avoid Ireland Tours if you do not want to have an unpleasant time, besides your truck has no bathroom and is a very long trip, in other companies also goes a guide and a driver, in this one a person does both.

Unforgettable experience, not to repeat. - Knowing in advance an adverse weather situation by wind (it affected the coast and there were even warnings from the previous day for wind in Dublin) they allowed to start the trip to Galway. A minute before getting off the coach when arriving in Galway a local guide uploaded and told us that there was orange alert and the excursion to the cliffs was suspended, but they still offered to do a freetour of Galway with rain and wind. We returned to Dublin five hours later after half a day by coach. The guide/driver could not provide any answers about the claims to the supplier when we finished the trip.

SCAMMERS: VIATOR AND IRELAND TOURS do not contract any Service with them!!! - This is how our experience with this Enterprise is summarized. Through Ireland Tours (Ireland in Spanish) we booked a tour for the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland of 532.54€ for 6 people on August 5. There were two meeting points according to the mail received the previous day and we opted for the closest to the hotel. Well, being 10 minutes earlier (we can show it because we have a photo indicating the time and place and a message from WP customer service confirming that the point where we were was the correct) there did not go to pick us up any coach, we were waiting for more than 45 mins. We contact customer service and pass screenshot q the guide called us (we do not receive such a call as demonstrated in missed calls) what it shows in the screenshot of the guide calls is that when calling did not dial 00 or the+, being a Spanish num and that is how it appeared on the reservation. The incompetence of the guide and the unethical of the Enterprise q has left us hanging (it offered us a new way out q we could not attend pq we were already back) and without returning the money has left us speechless, with a powerlessness q will not stay like this. We have sent them both by WP and email photos showing that we were at the indicated stop x them and that the phone q marked the guide was not the q was on the reservation, and they have no proof to the contrary Please share the message so that q will not happen to anyone else. It is outrageous that they do not take their fault and leave us without the Service we had booked and without the refund of 532.54 € q is said fast but q is a lot of money. Please do not use either VIATOR OR IRELAND TOURS (IRELAND IN SPANISH), they are SCAMMERS!! And don’t be ashamed to lie in your answers, the least you can do is return the money for a Service you haven’t done! Hopefully these words will help other families not go through what we are going through. We will continue to denounce this on every possible platform. Booking reference: BR-1276884285
