Excellent Addition to a Yoga Retreat - A group of fifteen women kayaked down the Verde River for part of a yoga retreat thanks to the great opportunity offered by Sedona Adventure Tours. The guides were knowledge, friendly and entertaining and explained the river route, obstacles and paddling tips in detail. We were greeted at the end of the 2.5 mile stretch of river by the guides who helped us out of the kayaks and directed us to showers and the winery. The river was mostly smooth and easily navigable, even for the novice paddlers in the group. The kayak trip was fun and capped off with a perfect place for food, wine tasting and chatting about the river. Sedona Adventure Tours is highly recommended!

Awesome Adventure - The river was so fun to kayak down. A blue heron followed us the whole way. The winery was delicious. Would love to do it again.

A great way to spend an afternoon - The kayaking down the Verde River was an incredible experience. Hard to believe we were in the middle of the dessert. Very relaxing and perfect for all abilities. We loved going to the Alcantara Vineyards was lovely. Trying their different wines in a wine flight and munching on bruschetta. A perfect afternoon. Highly recommend!

Cousins weekend - I have wanted to do this for the last 5 years! Finally made it happen in March. It was a great day. I would highly recommend this. The only disappointment was that we didn't see any Otters on the river.. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Relaxing and Fun Adventure - Had a great experience kayaking down the Verde. It was a low key adventure and the tour guide, Scott aka Young Jesus, was super chill about letting us hang back and go at our own pace while we enjoyed the day, wildlife, and the scenery.

Peaceful float - It is not the most exciting river- very peaceful. The only issue was running into other kayakers who could not maneuver their boats. The guides were great and very accommodating
