Highly recommended! - .... S A U G E I L . Really 70% offroad as advertised - and by "offroad" really means "offroad". The slightly higher price compared to buggy tours offered on the other Canary Islands I see as justified: the vehicles really have to take a lot on this tour and are certainly subject to higher wear. We encountered a buggy tour on La Palma during the rest of our round trip: the vehicles looked like they had just come out of the car wash. This is different for this provider in Lanzarote: Even the first impression, when you see the buggies in the underground car park, reveals what to expect :-) Here should be worn clothes that tolerate dust.

Beautiful real off-road buggy tour - This was a great off-road buggy tour. Daring paths (as far as a path to name) and everything well arranged. We really got our money's worth. Only 2 short stops for a nice view and nothing else commercial. Just touring. Super cool! It is nice if you have a little experience with driving a buggy.

3 Hour Buggy Experience - Excellent experience. Fantastic value, our guide was awesome, the terrane was just what you would expect. The buggies were well maintained and easy to drive, and the views on top of the mountain were breathtaking. A full 3 hour ride. Highly recommend.

Loved the complete experience - It was a very good experience. Would everyone recommend doing it. It's also nice just to sit next to it if you do not want to drive. Don't drive if you are scared. There are enough stops to switch if you both want to drive. You also see parts of the island you would otherwise not see because it's not accessible. Also, the photo's that are made are very nice, would recommend buying them at the end of the tour. It’s worth it.

Wonderful experience - Wonderful experience. Great combination between off and on road. We had a great guide. Enjoyed every second of it as a family. All done and "dusted", which is literally 😂

3 hour buggy - Brilliant experience different view of island all over, goggles and jacket was provided would need to bring own scarf as very dust.

Lack of accountability and trust in their service - While the buggy ride itself was fine, the transportation at the end back to the cruise terminal was a complete mess and ultimately ruined the experience. When we arrived, Bridget spoke to us in an unfriendly and dismissive manner, insisting we should have known to pre-pay for the return transportation. To avoid conflict, we paid on the spot. After the tour, the situation worsened. Bridget repeatedly told us “the shuttle will be here,” while another employee said it had already come and gone and no one knew when it would return. With a strict deadline to get back to our cruise ship, Bridget offered no real help or solutions and simply told us to “trust her.” We received more assistance from a waiter at a nearby restaurant, who called taxi companies and directed us to a taxi stand. Not willing to risk missing our ship, we paid for taxis ourselves. Bridget refused to refund the pre-paid transportation that was never provided. With many other companies offering similar tours, the poor communication, lack of accountability, and disregard for customers on a tight schedule are why I would not recommend this company.
