Big Speed and Big Adventure with Zipline and Sky Walk - Both the zipline course and the Sky Walk were excellent, with friendly, fun, and knowledgeable guides. The zipline is fast and fun -- none better in the Arenal area! And the sky walk was very educational and adventurous, walking through the jungle and across rope suspension bridges (very safe, but exhilarating!). We saw live monkeys, snakes, birds, toads, and a tarantula during our hike, and our guide knew everything about all of them! I highly recommend this combo tour!

A MUST in Costa Rica - This was sooooo beautiful and safe. The guides make you feel so comfortable and make sure you have a good time. The view is AMAZING. Costa Rica knows how to do zip lining-they do it right!

Skywalk jungle tour is essential - We only did the walk - but it was amazing, our guide was remarkably knowledgeable about both flauta and fauna. He was able to show us several hidden animals including snakes that were very well hidden, and a tarantula, but also gave us amazing details about the plants that are found both in the park and outside. Magnificent views from jungle floor to canopy.

Exhilarating and fun - From start to finish, Sky provides us a safe, exhilarating experience. Some of us were initially intimidated, but ultimately, everyone agreed it was an incredible, unforgettable adventure. The staff is totally professional: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. Highly recommend!!

A fun way to experience the rainforest - The Sky Walk was incredible. Our guide was so knowledgeable and made the tour interesting and fun. The hanging bridges are super neat. The views from the ziplines are breathtaking!

An Experience of a Lifetime - This experience by far was one of my favorites in all of Costa Rica!! The guide on the tour was awesome and then the zip lines were surreal! If you are adventurous and want to choose one thing as a must do, this is it!

What a Rush! - This is an amazing company. So professional and well organized. The team of workers make this adventure even better. We arrived for our zip lining adventure. We were able to get a helmet with a GoPro on it and the pictures/video were only $40 Over 100 pictures. Great deal. The zip lines were named. Oh God! Big Mama and Big Daddy! Wicked. After we completed the zip lining. We chose to eat a packed lunch, but there is a restaurant there as well. Then we began the rope bridge adventures. So beautiful. Hiking was a challenge for sone of us but not the others. Taking it slow is the trick. And bring a water jug. There are lockers for your belonging. The altitude was wicked. But the view of the waterfalls was worth the climb. This is a must! We had perfect weather too which helped.

Lazy Guide at Sky Walk Adventures - In the afternoon of our first day we visiting the Sky Walk, Nature Based Hanging Bridges | Sky Adventures. We chose this location because it was supposed to be more remote than their competitors Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges Park - La Fortuna Costa Rica (misticopark.com) and this ended up being a mistake. Our guides at our previous excursion told us that quite often people see less animals at this location due to people scaring animals away on the ziplines. We had pre bought our tickets for SkyWalk so that did not give us the ability to change locations. In addition to not seeing many animals at the location our guide chose to only bring us over 2 of the hanging bridges. It was disappointing that we only had so limited wildlife and didn't even get to see all of the views from every bridge in the park. The only thing that saved this tour was a large group of spider monkeys playing in the trees about halfway through the tour. If you have an opportunity to visit either of these parks go to Mystico with a guide over Sky Trek.

Disappointing and Got Overcharged - We were thoroughly disappointed in this tour. We paid $380 and found out at the tour location Sky Adventures that the tour we were brought on (nature walk & zipline) price should have been $110 per person. We were overcharged $160. We were charged $190 per person for an unknown reason. I paid $190 per person because per the description of “Sky Trek” and “Sky Walk” I thought from reading the website that we would be strapped in a harness walking across high bridges in the trees like the photos show with option for ropes course. Instead, we got there at 8:00 AM and waited an hour for a guide to bring us on a “hike”. I thought we needed a guide to be brought on the course. I was confused about the “hike” since we didn’t sign up for hiking and specifically asked if we would be strapped in walking over suspended bridges. The lady said “yes, just follow him.” We proceeded to go on a 3 hour long walk and didn’t see anything. It was a waste of time, not what we signed up for, and of course this is all beside the fact that we were overcharged $150 total for this tour. Lastly, there were 20 people crowded as a group for the zip lines which took as 1.5 hours to get through (waited at least 20 minutes between each one). We were told we would be back at the hotel by 1200 which I confirmed the day before since we had to check out at 1pm. We got back at 1pm instead which was an issue because we missed check out time. The tour operator has not responded to my questions or concerns about the pricing to find a solution for this. I am very disappointed in this tour for the high cost of what we paid and would not recommend it. I also feel very scammed that we paid $160 more than the cost of the tour for no reason.
