A thrilling experience for the whole family! - The guides at the zip lines were encouraging and extremely safety conscious. The zip line experience was an absolute adrenaline rush! Andre gave us a tour through the rain forest and across the hanging bridges. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the rainforest. His presentation appealed to everyone in our group, ages 11-72. The whole day was an incredible and memorable experience.

Best Zipline - Ignore other Ziplines. This is the best one. You “fly” for over a minute on each run. Views are amazing. Feel totally safe

Great Birthday Tour for Mom! - Our mom decided she wanted to zip line for her birthday, and that she'd always wanted to see Costa Rica. Our daughter was the planner and selected Sky Adventures because it sounded like a very safe operation. When you arrive they fit you with a harness and your own pulley for the zip line. They give you a demo, and then you take a tram to the top. There's a giant hand for the perfect photo op - they even had a sign for mom to hold that said "Happy Birthday". Another short zip line where you can try it out - really appreciated that! You're not relying on arm strength because the harness holds you very securely. And then you see the "real" zip line and (not gonna lie) it's a bit intimidating. But mom volunteered to go first. As she launched the whole group sang "Happy Birthday!". When we got to the other end, mom was grinning and so happy. That's about the time I realized there's another zip line ... in fact it's a total of seven "zips" to the base. It was soooooo much fun! After we turned in our gear and bought our photos (emailed to us), we went on the Hanging Bridges tour, too. We saw sloth, howler monkey, owls, eagle, snakes, frogs and leaf cutter ants, and more, but really, it was amazing how much we learned. At the end of the tour, our guide asked, "By the way, how old is your mom?" "Oh, she turned 90 today."

Big Speed and Big Adventure with Zipline and Sky Walk - Both the zipline course and the Sky Walk were excellent, with friendly, fun, and knowledgeable guides. The zipline is fast and fun -- none better in the Arenal area! And the sky walk was very educational and adventurous, walking through the jungle and across rope suspension bridges (very safe, but exhilarating!). We saw live monkeys, snakes, birds, toads, and a tarantula during our hike, and our guide knew everything about all of them! I highly recommend this combo tour!

A MUST in Costa Rica - This was sooooo beautiful and safe. The guides make you feel so comfortable and make sure you have a good time. The view is AMAZING. Costa Rica knows how to do zip lining-they do it right!

Skywalk jungle tour is essential - We only did the walk - but it was amazing, our guide was remarkably knowledgeable about both flauta and fauna. He was able to show us several hidden animals including snakes that were very well hidden, and a tarantula, but also gave us amazing details about the plants that are found both in the park and outside. Magnificent views from jungle floor to canopy.

Exhilarating and fun - From start to finish, Sky provides us a safe, exhilarating experience. Some of us were initially intimidated, but ultimately, everyone agreed it was an incredible, unforgettable adventure. The staff is totally professional: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. Highly recommend!!

Disappointing and Got Overcharged - We were thoroughly disappointed in this tour. We paid $380 and found out at the tour location Sky Adventures that the tour we were brought on (nature walk & zipline) price should have been $110 per person. We were overcharged $160. We were charged $190 per person for an unknown reason. I paid $190 per person because per the description of “Sky Trek” and “Sky Walk” I thought from reading the website that we would be strapped in a harness walking across high bridges in the trees like the photos show with option for ropes course. Instead, we got there at 8:00 AM and waited an hour for a guide to bring us on a “hike”. I thought we needed a guide to be brought on the course. I was confused about the “hike” since we didn’t sign up for hiking and specifically asked if we would be strapped in walking over suspended bridges. The lady said “yes, just follow him.” We proceeded to go on a 3 hour long walk and didn’t see anything. It was a waste of time, not what we signed up for, and of course this is all beside the fact that we were overcharged $150 total for this tour. Lastly, there were 20 people crowded as a group for the zip lines which took as 1.5 hours to get through (waited at least 20 minutes between each one). We were told we would be back at the hotel by 1200 which I confirmed the day before since we had to check out at 1pm. We got back at 1pm instead which was an issue because we missed check out time. The tour operator has not responded to my questions or concerns about the pricing to find a solution for this. I am very disappointed in this tour for the high cost of what we paid and would not recommend it. I also feel very scammed that we paid $160 more than the cost of the tour for no reason.
