Meet our Guide 15 minutes before departure time at the blue gated entrance to Dock/ GATE 3 in the Puerto Colòn Marina. We do not have an office. If you are driving you can find a parking area directly at the Marina. You DO NOT need to print the ticket, digital form it's perfect.

A truly special morning on the ocean! - We had a fantastic whale watching trip with Whale Watch Tenerife. Our biologist, Carlota, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing fascinating information while showing great respect for the whales. The skipper was excellent, calm, experienced, and made the whole trip feel safe and relaxed. Seeing whales in their natural habitat was unforgettable, and we couldn’t recommend this experience more highly. A truly special morning on the ocean!

Highly Recommend!! - Was a brilliant experience having only a small group made it easier and comfortable. Ion was a great tour guide with great knowledge. Up close to the pilot whales.. great !! The trip was recommended to us and was definitely worth it... Proud of Fi to as shes not a big fan of open water and boats but she loved it To!!🐳🛥

Amazing Tour!! - We saw so many animals up close — it was absolutely amazing! Our guide, Ion, has an enormous knowledge of marine life, and the entire tour is designed to follow all biological guidelines to protect the animals. He takes photos with his own camera and later shares a link with everyone, allowing you to fully enjoy the experience while listening to his explanations. The boat was very clean, and all the infrastructure looked brand new. Communication with the team was always easy, and they were very punctual :)

I would repeat the experience without a doubt. - A fantastic experience!!! John has all the qualifications for you to decide to do the cetacean sighting with him, it was a great two hours, we saw a lot of kettles, we listened to them with the hydrophone, John took a lot of pictures and gave us explanations, even picked up a shearwater that could not fly. You can tell that he is a biologist, that he enjoys what he does and that every trip is not for him one more: he pilots the boat, he observes, he keeps an eye on the animals and the passengers, he gives us information about what we see, he takes photographs, he has a sense of humor... Quite right to have chosen John for our marine experience, I would repeat without a doubt.

A morning with the cetaceans of Tenerife - It has been a fantastic experience, we have seen several calderones and dolphins. The very professional and friendly guide. He has given us a lot of information about cetaceans about the essential respect for the Mood. I recommend it and will do it again next time you come to Tenerife

Wonderful experience observing whales and more in their natural habitat from a cool little boat and excellent guide! - Wonderful experience! I did a fair amount of research to decide which boat tour would be best for me and my family and I'm so pleased we opted to spend a little more money for this one. We were able to see a Loggerhead sea turtle, Flying fish and a couple of groups of Pilot whales! The smaller boat allowed us to have a great view while respecting a decent distance to not disturb the animals. Our captain and tour guide named Ion was an amazing wealth of knowledge! I saw the description advertised a "biologist" but really this could have meant any level of knowledge and experience. I am a herpetologist and my wife used to work as a biologist which we did not make common knowledge to Ion but we were very impressed by his knowledge on not only the animals we saw but the ocean as a whole. This was also coupled with Ion's charisma and sense of humour that made the tour all the more engaging. He answered all our questions with detail backed with years of experience. The only concern I would advice people wishing to book this boat tour is that this small boat may cause motion sickness. It was not a big problem for us. Just for a short while when we stopped to watch the whales my 9 year old son became a little sea sick as we were bobbing on the water. Ion gave the best advice he could and was attentive to the problem. This type of motion sickness is unavoidable and no fault to the company. Perhaps, a heads up to anyone going on this tour if they know they suffer from sea sickness to be prepared with motion sickness tablets. Overall, my whole family loved this boat tour and we would definitely recommend. It allowed us to have a really memorable experience sharing nature with a few amazing species!
