Awesome jeep tour of the volcano mountains with a brilliant tour guide. - Were picked up from our hotel on time in a jeep and taken to the meeting point to join 10 other jeeps, and put into groups according to the guide language. Then drove up into the mountains, stopping at pictoresque villages, great viewing points, a museum, and other points of interest. Our guide Frankie was super fun and interesting, and shared lots of anecdotes, information and jokes. Despite some tough weather (it was snowing up in the Caldera!) we had an awesome time and really enjoyed the trip. Take a warm jacket to have on - despite being 21 degrees down in Los Christianos, it was only 4 degrees up in the mountains!

Excellent Jeep Safari - Very well organised, we were collected from our hotel on time and taken to the meeting point, we were then separated into our nationality groups and were giving instructions by Colin as to what jeep we were in and who was our driver. Colin was our guide for the trip, he was informative and Whitty. Our driver also point out points of interest whilst we were on our safari. The views and landscape were stunning and the food at the cafes we stopped were lovely and very reasonable. Following the tour we were then taken back to our hotel.

Mount Teide exploring at its best - Myself and my two children took the half day Jeep tour to Mt Teide. The appeal was half day rather than a full day for a 11 and 9 year old! They were amazed by the trip and found the jeeps so fun! Great day and will definitely recommend!

Superb experience with Tamaran - Brilliant views, once in a life time experience - amazing staff knowledgeable and helpful. A must to do in Tenerife - regret not doing it sooner

Unforgettable experience - A fantastic 5 hours with the fantastic hosts ‘Frank’ and our driver Migel. The whole morning was fan and informative with multiple stops route up the mountain. Whilst there were multiple vehicles the service felt personal. Teidi is a natural spectacular marvel worth exploring and the team will take you to places that you would not find like lava caves. Both our 8 year old son and parents thoroughly enjoyed there experience and would highly recommend

Great way to spend a morning! - Had a lovely half day travelling up to Teide, the sights were amazing, and the guides/drivers were very informative, interesting and good fun! Had plenty of time to explore and take photos. Throughly recommend!

Good sites - Departure was to be at 7:45 a.m. No luck I waited 1 hour. When I called Fram, who was my only contact, I was told that there was a problem with the car. I took 2 different 4*4s to get to the RV deck. Everyone was waiting for me. I could have been notified of the delay. I found myself in the back of the 4*4 without seeing anything. (basically in the trunk). The guide gave all the explanations to the Dutch in the 4*4. When we arrived on site with the free visit, I had to stay and have considerably reduced explanations, which reduced my visit time. Weird. On the way back, it was the guide who spoke French very well who took me directly to the hotel. Why wasn't I picked up in the morning with the Dutch?? Great mystery. Otherwise lunch is free. We finish at 3:00 p.m. The places are very good. Too bad the Teide cable car is not offered.

Boring tour - This was a totally drawn out and dull tour. Too much hanging around, too many people. Waste of time. Don’t bother

Jeep safari. Half day to Teide - Picked up in the morning which was absolutely fine. Got driven to a carpark to have to wait for other people. Then we were allocated our jeeps to travel in. Unfortunately my wife and I were allocated last and when we got to our Jeep we were the last to board. We had to squeeze into the back of a Nissan Patrol which had two very small seats facing into the middle of the vehicle. Not towards the front. They crammed in 4 adults into the seats. They were so cramped you couldn’t even get your seatbelts on due to the lack of space. My wife’s seatbelt was broken anyway . We then begin to travel up to Teide. You could not see anything at all because you were facing into the middle and had absolutely no room to turn towards the outside to see out the windows All our heads were hitting the roll bar every time we went around a corner or over a bump It was extremely claustrophobic and extremely uncomfortable. You could not even straighten your legs due to the lack of room. To make matters worse our group consisted of French speaking people as was our guide, so we had no idea what we were seeing. We after two stops managed to drive to the plato carpark at Teide to be told we only had 45 minutes to look around. This is nowhere near enough time to have a look around. My suggestion is if you are going to book this trip and when you get allocated your seat, if it’s one where you do not face forwards then refuse to travel. It is the most uncomfortable trip we have ever been on.
