We enter to visit the place that hosts the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Croatina, and Oseleta grapes for a few months a year, for the time it takes them to dry. -

We will follow you for lunch or dinner to tell you about the 5 courses chosen in combination with 5 tasting glasses in Locanda Buglioni, the Wine Restaurant of the Cellar (10 minutes drive from the winery).

Spectacular - We had the Mathusalem experience with lunch and visit to the winery... what can I say, everything perfect! Great food and wine, are also equipped for intolerances and allergies (I am celiac and I was served everything gluten-free, including bread and dessert).
The visit to the cellar was very interesting, it was nice to discover and visit the places where their wine is produced, from barrel to bottle.
Excellent staff and ready to listen to every request! Super recommended, we will be back!

Perfect visit, magical inn. - Beautiful experience. Really interesting is the history of the winery, its wines and the names they carry. Spectacular inn and delicious dinner. Fabio very kind in telling and accompanying us during the visit. Absolutely recommended

Highly recommended - Our experience began in the cellar, accompanied by Fabio who was able to transmit all the care and passion that the company employs in the production of their wines. After the visit we were accompanied to the inn, where hospitality and professionalism are the masters.
Fabio then accompanied us to the end telling us every pairing and anecdote about our tasting.
Very interesting also the proposal a la carte, flawless cheese cart and excellent homemade desserts.

Great experience - We stayed at the Dimora after having done the tour in the cellar with the very kind and professional Fabio and after the Tasting in the Inn ... what about : Prepared staff, excellent wines, romantic location immersed in the peace of the countryside... I hope to return!

SUPER RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE - Beautiful experience! starting from the visit to the cellar immersing yourself in the history of the Buglioni family told by Fabio who accompanies you throughout the journey. The dinner, consumed in an elegant but at the same time familiar location, is a 'super recommended experience. Great food with the combination of wine that is presented at every course. After our experience we stayed at the B & B... a place well cared for in every detail where the staff welcomed us warmly. Waking up in the morning in the vineyards and then having a great breakfast is a great way to start the day.
Every moment you taste the love for the tradition and culture of Valpolicella!

I'm struggling to find any negatives! - Everything is perfect. Reception, kindness of the staff (always present but never intrusive), attentive service.
The quality of the dishes tried was high, both for starters and for first courses and desserts.
And of course the wine is delicious.
I will definitely come back to try their cheeses and meats!

WEEKEND WITH FRIENDS FABULOUS - It was a fabulous weekend. We stayed at Dimora Buglioni, a unique place, in the middle of the vineyards, the green color of nature and silence are the masters and we enjoyed it very much. Friendly and helpful staff, including a very nice waitress met during our breakfasts. Excellent pancakes, only note, but wants to be constructive, they should always have availability of yogurt without lactose and not on request. The tasting dinner with excellent Amarone, Fabio very empathetic and professional. Amarone and Recioto our favorite wines. We were also at the Osteria del Bugiardo, also of Mr. and Mrs. Buglioni, where we had an equally good time. We highly recommend, both La Dimora, both the tasting dinner, and L'Osteria del Bugiardo and hope to return soon.

Beautiful emotions - Beautiful experience. Accompanied by Fabio, a humble, kind, prepared and professional person, we walked the "change" of the Buglioni family, from the textile world to that of wine.
Beautiful wine cellar just below the manor house, beautiful pergola vineyards nearby and excellent explanation of the winemaking process of the typical wines of Valpolicella. We then went to visit the fruit orchard where the grapes lie in withering before lunch with tasting of excellent wines, in particular Ripasso and Amarone, all well accompanied by excellent food at the Inn.

Weekend among vineyards. - An evocative experience, visited vineyards in the dark surrounded by the lights of the hills of Valpolicella, (poetry).
Congratulations to the guide, a perfect host, prepared and very welcoming.
