Cruise through the many harbors and canals for a unique perspective of Copenhagen. On this 60-minute ride, you’ll sail past the vibrant Nyhaven, the trendy neighborhood of Christianshavn and the world-renowned statue of the Little Mermaid.

Boat tour- when your purchase the bus and boat combo, you must have the voucher exchanged on the bus at any of the stops before taking the boat tour. The boat tour ticket is for adults only. Children 3-15 will need a boat ticket, which is only available at the boat stop. The boat departs from stop 7 on the Mermaid tour (red line).

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Great way to see the city in cold weather - Perfect attraction to tour the city during very cold and windy days. We were also to able to get a great overview of the city, history, and areas of interest while staying warm. Our driver was very personable and spent time greeting each person, providing individualized service. I would recommend this attraction to those new to Copenhagen that want to get an overview of the city, and the layout before venturing out on your own. They offer multiple routes that you can take for different interest. You can buy a ticket for a single route or buy the multiple route option. Same with the number of days, you can buy a single day or multiple days of you like.

Good overview of the city - Great way to see the city with limited time and effort. We were there in August and it was very busy but there seemed to be plenty of buses to handle the crowds. The bus route hits all the city highlights. We really enjoyed the boat tour portion of the tour. It was nice to see the city from the water and the different neighborhoods from the canals.

Ripped off - Despite paying for four 48 hour tickets we were informed that we were on the last tour until 2024! We never got to use the canal boat tour that was included and paid for. Complete rip off

Hop on hop off bus and boat combo - Very poorly organised. 1st bus refused saying they weren't his tickets and they were. Got to the boat road finally as they had no markings or signs up to say where they were to find the last one went at 2pm. Hence missed it. Went back the next day and the boat was broken down.

Don’t use this hop on hop off tour - The hop on hop off only runs on the weekends in November but they sold me tickets for Thursday and would not refund the tickets when I asked for a refund through Viator! I could not use the tickets because red sightseeing was not operating on Thursday. Viator was no help in getting my money back

A poor service and no support from the drivers. Navigation is very complicated - Few busses did not stop, so we had to wait extra 40 minutes. Very "fun". And we did not manage to get on the boat that day! Boats did not accept our tickets and nobody wanted to help or explain what shall we do. Some boat rides were also simply canceled, meaning that there are additional obstacles on the way to the boat tour. We lost a day.

Pathetic experience - They dropped us at a place where there was supposed to be netto boat ride ( stop 7) ,but there was no such service. Had to walk all the way to the next boat ride with my little kid, wasted a lot of time and couldn't ride the hop on hop off bus any further . Also at 3:30pm itself they said at mermaid stop that it will go back to starting point,when services were mentioned to be till 5:30pm in ad. Repenting taking this service instead of city sightseeing
