Friendly staff - Popped by for dinner one time with a few friends, lovely place and great customer service very friendly staff can’t do enough for you. Food was good, prices are a bit extortionate but same as every other Hard Rock Cafe.

Perfect! - The service was spectacular, I don't remember the name of the person who served us, but he spoke many languages (Portuguese, Spanish, English and with us German). always very friendly and attentive. The food was perfect. I can absolutely recommend it!

Girls night out - All of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, however Mariola stood out. She was amazing, she took the time to chat with us despite it being really busy and helpful with the menu and everything. A credit to the Team. The food was amazing, be aware the portions are huge! The cocktails excellent!

Good but tricky to see memorabilia which is what we go for! - We are currently visiting all of the hardrock cafes. It is quite small and unfortunately they went overboard with the Halloween decorations especially the cobwebs, so it was tricky to see the memorabilia. They were able to accommodate a nut and sesame allergy well. The usual qr code doesn’t show all food but if you ask the waitress was able to bring out the allergy matrix.

Be careful what you choose on line. - It ok but never get a voucher on line because you don't get much of a choice from the menu, it's a set menu which in our cases was gold menu from the Hardrock cafe.

rather gloomy atmosphere - Some interesting pieces, but overall a rather gloomy and monotonous atmosphere, a shame not to value the concept.

Hard necked be more like it. Extortion prices, dried out foods, poor service. - After an hour wait for our table,and what seem like an eternity waiting to get service, ordered food and drink. Our family order 3 chicken and rib combo and 2 rib meal. 1, cocktail, 1 beer, 2 cocktails and 1 coke. Soft drink and cocktails heavy loaded with so much ice, no room for juice. Meals arrived and ribs so over done and so little bbq sauce. Fries so poor quality and slaw, was basically shredded cabbage and dire. We hurried ate as quickly as possible, as we had table so close to the main door the cold wind was howling and door was always left open. We ordered another two more beers, and had a look at dessert for the kids. At over £14 for chocolate brownie per portion, we told the kids we would have to skip dessert. Service was at best adequate, but seem rushed to get you out for more people in. Overall Experience 2/10 Food rating 3/10 Drinks 4/10 Service 4/10

Friendly food ever - Really bad food. We ordered a burger and hold up it was a disappointment. We're pretty sure it was a burger that was heated in a microwave. Never More Hard Rock in Copenhagen

Cold food ! - I would not recommend pre booking at this cafe,I did and having to wait 35 40 minutes, and watch other Walk in people get served first, I counted 6) when we had been served it looked nice, the gold menu) I found my burger to be cold having waiting for the waiter to come back and ask if everything is ok which he never did, I just had half of my meal because I was hungry, but could not face the rest. Waited another 40 minutes before the waiter decided to come back having asked me was everything ok I told him only so much cold food I can eat, he told me he would see his manager, but he never come back to me. So be careful if you choose this menu, walk ins seem to get seen to first.

Worst Fahita ever! - The worst Stek Fahita ever! Meat is like cooked in salted water, tomatoes tastes old and to salted... really bad. Cheese also lowest quality. Only thing that tastes fallet fresh and ok was the Guacemole. Really regret I did not just walk out afterfirdt bite
