- Kafferiet - The experience will kick off at Kafferiet, one of Copenhagen’s most charming coffee houses where you’re free to get a cup of coffee on your own expense (just remember to get to the meeting point 10 minutes before the meeting time). From here, we’ll take you through some of the older parts of Copenhagen’s historical city centre through some of the Copenhagen’s most famous and important sites.
- Kastellet - Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a stunning little view of Copenhagen from the banks of the Game of Thrones-worthy Citadel, while you’re taking it all in your guide will enthrall you with tales about Copenhagen and Denmark’s rise and demise throughout its more than 1000 year long history
- Gefionspringvandet - As we head down, we’ll be heading through the park that commemorate the heroes of the 2nd World War before encountering the Gefion fountain that show where Copenhagen, or at least the land where its located, is said to have originated (hint: It’s something we Danes consider a very dark place!).
- The Little Mermaid - This will take us a little bit further out for an amazing view, where you’ll also be able to take in some of Copenhagen’s magical fairy-tale dust as you say hi to The Little Mermaid and hear why everything is not at all what it seems with her.
- Amalienborg Museum - With our magical fairy-tale dust levels at a maximum, we’ll be getting to the real-life fairy tale of the Danish royalty. Hear secret insider stories about the Royal Guards and awe-inspiring tales about the royals at Amalienborg
- Frederiks Kirke (Marmorkirken) - From Amalienborg, you’ll also be blessed with views of Copenhagen’s majestic Marble Church perfectly aligned with the Royal Palace. You gotta see what many locals consider the most beautiful church in Copenhagen!
- Copenhagen Opera House - As we exit, we’ll be greeted by a cute green garden and the majestic Copenhagen Opera House on the other side of the harbor. Your guide will of course take you through this gem of a green haven and help you understand why Copenhageners weren’t that happy with these awesome places initially!
- Nyhavn - Next, we’ll be walking through the picturesque harbor canal New Harbor (or Nyhavn as we call it in Copenhagen), where we’ll be taking in the view from a special point of view that for sure will make all your social media followers or your friends or family back home jealous. Please don’t hesitate to ask your guide in assisting capturing that picture-perfect image of this iconic image from this good-looking city, while you get to hear about the harbors colorful and somewhat charming history.
- Copenhagen King’s Square - With an appetite for more, you’ll head across one of Copenhagen’s most famous and most historical squares with views of the first shopping mall in Denmark, the most historical hotel in Denmark and the Royal theatre that is just magnificent to look at.
- Nikolaj Kunsthal - As we navigate small cute streets, prepare yourself for stretching your neck all the way back to admire the spire of one of Copenhagen’s oldest churches.

Copenhagen highlights - Jacqueline was a very good tour guide who showed me the highlights around the waterfront of Copenhagen including the Little Mermaid sculpture, the Citadel, Winston Churchill’s park, Geifon Fountain, Amalienborg Palace, the Opera Theatre, Ofelia Place and Nyhavn. She included cultural information and historical facts about the city, the Danish people and the Royal family. I would highly recommend this tour.

Informative and fun walking Tour - Great way to see some of this beautiful city. The guides Sandra and Jaclyn were very informative and fun. They gave us recommendations of restaurants and places to visit and were excellent guides, providing us with historical knowledge not only of Copenhagen but of Denmark itself. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Intro to Copenhagen - A nice starting point for 4 days in Denmark. Was nice to see the sights and hear from a Copenhagen native. I learned a lot and enjoyed the small group tour led by Lucas. Would recommend on your first day in Copenhagen!

Not enough Copenhagen highlights - It was ok but considering it’s an “express” tour, I was hoping we would have moved along quicker and would have seen more interesting sites. Perhaps staring closer to city center and skip walking through the barracks and even the Little Mermaid.

Changed the meeting point without notice - We are family of six and we missed the whole tour as the meeting point has been changed without any clear information, we arrived the meeting point before starting, there were other tour attendees waiting for the tour guide as well, we waited till 30 minutes later and we just realized the meeting point was changed to other place after re check the website. We are really disappointed with this tour.
