We begin our Hygge & Happiness tour near the characteristic yellow houses of Nyboder, a famed local district. Here you’ll meet and greet your native guide and your group for the day. - Please note, we won’t access the inside of any of the buildings located at the following places: The Kings Yellow Houses, Rosenborg Castle, Christiansborg Palace, The Old Stock Exchange, Nikolaj Kunsthal, The Opera House, The Royal Theatre, The Marble Church or The Citadel. Instead we will experience all of them from the outside.

Must do for when you first arrive in Copenhagen! - Jacob and Peter were my guides. They were awesome! Both had great bits of information/suggestions throughout the entire walk. Very helpful for a first time visitor. Be sure to bring really good shoes, you’ll be walking throughout cobblestone areas. I recommend doing this first when you arrive in Copenhagen! It helps you get a feel for the city and where everything is.

Welcoming and expansive tour! - Incredible tour of most of the highlights of central Copenhagen. The groups are kept very small so they feel intimate. I felt like I got to know my guide and the other guests very well. I was the only person who booked the entire day tour(which I recommend!) and the guide was so happy to just take me on the second half of the tour just the two of us. Kim is a very good guide and has lots of personal stories that relate to the City, as he was in the military in the Kings Lifeguard. The full day tour includes a free pastry or two (sampled at a cafe) a free Danish confection, and a free Danish hot dog( very good!). Kim also gave me plenty of tips about what to do during the rest of my trip to Copenhagen. Couldn't recommend this walking tour enough!

Must Do Copenhagen Walking Tour - Super excellent walking tour with knowledgeable guide. Recommend full day instead of half day. You see just about everything you need to know about Copenhagen allowing you to return to noted places to spend more time. If you are able, request Therese as your guide. Knows everything about current and historical Copenhagen. Super nice, engaging and attentive.

Great day out with lots of hygge! - Therese was a fantastic guide who was so friendly and knowledgeable. She created a great group atmosphere where we all felt like friends by the end. This tour is a must!! All the food and attractions were superb.

Excellent tour - We booked this tour because we wanted an insight into Copenhagen from a local’s perspective not just a list of facts we could get from reading a guidebook and we weren’t disappointed! Kristian was a great host and we engaged in some interesting discussions on many aspects of life in Denmark. We are 60 year olds and the pace was just right for us including a couple of refreshment stops but as you would expect in a 6.5 hour tour you cover a wide area. We would highly recommend this tour.

Excellent tour of Copenhagen neighborhoods. - Michael was enthusiastic, informed and very engaging, encouraging us to participate with him and with others in the group. Unforgettable Copenhagen Experience with an Exceptional Guide - I had the pleasure of joining the Viator Total Copenhagen Walking Tour: Highlights and Hygge today, and I can't express how exceptional the experience was. Our guide, Michael, truly deserves a perfect 10/10 rating for his outstanding performance. Even though the weather was quite challenging with strong winds and cold temperatures, Michael went above and beyond to ensure everyone, felt comfortable.
Michael's thoughtfulness in adapting the tour to the conditions was remarkable. We had a taste of delightful Danish desserts, pastries, and also the sausage from the stalls all included in the tour package. The tour lasted from 9 am to 3 pm, making it an excellent choice for those with limited time in Copenhagen.
I must say, this tour and Michael's guidance stand out as the best Viator experience I've had. If you're short on time in Copenhagen, don't miss out on this tour – it's a true gem. Kudos to Michael for making it an unforgettable experience!

Amazing day tour with heaps to see. - Lukas was an amazing tour guide and has lots of knowledge of the city. I recommend doing this tour if you have a short time in the city and want to get to all the hotspots.
