App needs tweaking - I’ve taken hop on/hop off bus tours in multiple cities; this was a pretty run-of-the-mill experience. The buses were pretty infrequent, which resulted in us ubering between a few sites to save time. I appreciate the bus came to the cruise port. The biggest complaint is that the buses don’t always pick-up where they say they will. It’s great the company has an app so you can see where the stop locations are. However, sometimes the buses don’t stop where the maps show them (resulting in us having to run across/down the street to catch the bus) and the bus locations don’t always match the app. For example, I’m sitting in a bus (blue dot) at the bus stop, but the app shows the bus stop 100 yards away on the other side of the street. Once these errors are fixed, and buses are more predictable, it will be easier for passengers to reliably plan their days and use the service. One bright spot- I appreciated that the bus stopped for 5-8 minutes at the Little Mermaid statue so we could run down to take a photo.

Beware! You get what you pay for - Copenhagen has 3 different hop-on/hop-off buses; all red with slightly different signage. This causes much confusion. This particular experience was basic. The river cruise is an optional extra and worth it. Try and get the first boat of the day because they fill up very quickly, especially if there are cruise ships in.

Very disappointing - No possibility of cancellation even though we have not “activated” the ticket, far between buses, loose sound system. Does not operate in all areas. In short- do not choose, rather ride on the official buses

Don't use them. - Overpriced. The boat was shabby and crew not smartly dressed - could barely hear commentary. Other boat companies had proper uniforms, When we boarded bus middle doors not opened - driver ready to pull off until we knocked on front door. He was rude in approach and said he didn't open them and rudely asked for tickets. We could hear him on phone/comms arguing with base about schedule etc. and he was driving aggressively. Then at little mermaid very unclear directions and multiple buses. Luckily we got off on and got on one that went in front as we discovered the sign only on front of bus that it was for cruise shuttle. Why no sign on both doors. Also, a least two drivers were smoking within 5 metres of the buses - not a good look. Won't use red ever again.
