Hop on off buses - Really good experience, the buses were in plenty on the red line. Good audio on the buses, we still have another day on them, but so far no issues. Very enjoyable

HOHO tour of Copenhagen - We really enjoyed getting on this HOHO bus tour of Copenhagen. Bus driver was very helpful, prompted us when our stop came. Copenhagen is so beautiful and there’s plenty of things to do to fill up your time. HOHO bus tours was a very ideal and cost efficient way to do just that! Pick-up right in front of our cruise ship made it very convenient!

Decent way to see the... - Decent way to see the city. A bit pricey for the number of stops. Buses came about every 25 minutes, which worked well for hop-on, hop-off.

Nice ride but disappointed - Very little information given once I purchased the tickets. No direction where to pick up the bus or that there would be different buses for different routes or that the audio portion would be through headphones to be picked up, rather than a live person speaking.. I was purchasing tickets for a 90 minute tour, and got the 55 minute tour with all different sites than what I wanted to see.

Misleading information... - Misleading information where to pick up bus in cruise terminal. Much time spent running back and forth from various hoho buses to determine if ours Also long time spent at stops while driver sold ttickets and answered questions

We felt the ride was very... - We felt the ride was very light on Copenhagen history and narrative. This was our introduction to the city and we rode the whole route before deciding what we would choose to revisit and we were a bit disappointed.

Disorganized and Disappointing Experience - My experience with this tour was frustrating and poorly managed from start to finish. First, I had issues with Viator not sending the pass required to board the bus. While this may not have been entirely the tour company’s fault, when I contacted them for help, they had no way to verify my purchase. I was simply told they couldn’t assist me. As a result, I had to repurchase my tickets, which was both inconvenient and costly. Second, the buses were confusingly branded. Typically, City Sightseeing buses are red and clearly marked by route color or destination, which helps passengers identify the correct line. I confirmed this beforehand. However, the so-called “Green Route” ended up being operated by an entirely different company, with a different bus color and name. This made it nearly impossible to find, and we, along with several other confused passengers, missed the chance to take the Green Route altogether due to the delay and miscommunication. We were later told there was an hour-long gap between the routes, which made it even more frustrating. Lastly, we were informed that the Classic (Red) Route would take us back to the ship. Over 40 of us boarded a red bus assuming this was true, only to be dropped off mid-route because the driver was ending his shift. We had to wait for another bus. When the second bus finally arrived, multiple people asked the driver if it was going to the port, and he assured us it was. Unfortunately, that turned out to be false. Overall, this was a confusing, stressful, and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service to others.
