Will definitely recommend and return. - Excellent service to see the city, very helpful and informative staff. Had 48 hr ticket for bus and boat, well worth the cost.

Copenhagen from the cruise port - Great experience. Everyone was so very helpful and knowledgeable. A little struggle to start because we didn’t understand the different colored routs but soon got the hang of it. The included canal tour was fantastic.

This is a beautiful city... - This is a beautiful city rich in history! This was a really nice canal cruise. We did the hop on hop off bus combo. We were off a cruise ship doing this tour. Unfortunately we didn’t have a lot of time in Copenhagen by the time we found the boat launch. We needed more time in the port to take full advantage. Beautiful city!

Copenhagen highlights. - Took the boat tour for an hour…perfect length of time. The guide spoke easily understandable English and was funny, relaxed and knowledgeable. Overall, great way to see Copenhagen from a watery perspective.

Hop on Hop Off with canal cruise - Red bus is frequent but green and purple only stopped at each stop every hour or so. At times we had long waits. Boat tour was lovely. We were there on a beautiful sunny weekend so Buses were very busy and full. Otherwise it was a great way to see Copenhagen.

Could use more content and very hard to find info about where to get on the bus - I like to use a hop on hop off tour to get an overview of a new city. After I booked I looked for a map of stops on Viator and never did find one. Finally I asked a competing hop on hop off company and they directed me to a nearby stop. The audio narration was much lighter on details than most other hop on hop off tours I’ve taken. There were long periods of silence as we drove around and many interesting sights, statues, etc that remained unremarked. I wonder if one of the competing hop on hop off tours might be better but they apparently don’t ticket online.

More guidance needed. - Enjoyable boat trip but hop on bus was confusing. You were expected to study the information map for any guidance, which we did but not before getting off bus at wrong stop. Also it was not stated the time of last bus back to cruise terminal, we were lucky we were on last bus at 4:50pm.

Good boat, bad bus - Boat tour was terrific. pleasant, entertaining, and informative. Bus tour narration was minimal and uninformative. They gave little history and did not say what to see at each stop. The bus stayed at each stop too long.

Don’t - Terrible. They sold too many tickets. Long waits at stops. Didn’t follow the route so couldn’t get close to attractions. The boat is NOT hop on hop off. Don’t waste your time and money.
