Best Castle Tour - We had the best tour with Bruno!! We have done many castle tours and this was by far the best we have done. Bruno went above and beyond to make sure we had the most perfect day.

Tour exceeded expectations - The tour was a amazing and Bruno so knowledgeable, about the castle and Denmark as a whole. We got so much more out to the tour then we expected. If I had to rate this tour I would give it an 11 out of 10, and definitely would recommend Bruno to everyone.

Wonderful 1/2 day tour - Nicolas was a fantastic, informative guide and this was one of the highlights of our trip. He was very clearly very experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful with other recommendations for our stay.

Great mini escape from the city of Copenhagen. - Splendid 4 hour morning spent with Bruno. We took the train to Kronborg to a lovely little fishing village where the castle is. Bruno is an amazing guide and this tour exceeded my expectations. He’s very knowledgeable, a great conversationalist and took care of everything. He also provided me with suggestions and recommendations for the remainder of my stay. I would definitely book with Bruno for any future visits! Tak!

Ask for Nicholas no matter what! - We actually changed it up and went to Fredericksburg Castle instead, which was way more fun for a family style tour. Nicholas was amazing so ask for him regardless of going to Hamlet or Fredericksburg...or BOTH!

Up close view - A private tour gives a great experience of this iconic place. Going at your own pace with one dedicated guide enhances the experience. Our guide was insightful and informative.

Really fun!! - Our guide Boris made this a VERY fun and interesting day -- very highly recommended. I'm sure all of the guides are good, but we liked Boris so much, I was wishing he lived near us so we could invite him to a dinner party! BTW, I had never read "Hamlet" but did so before our trip, so I really enjoyed seeing a few of the scenes from the play acted out in the courtyard of the castle, not on a stage; the actor(s) mingle and interact with the visitors and do the scene right there.

Don't recommend this tour - This excursion started and ended with an uncomfortable train ride. The castle was not very interesting and it was not accessible.

Hamlet castle - We purchased a private tour to be picked up by vehicle from our hotel as my husband was unable to walk any distances. The tour guide picked us up at the hotel we had to walk to the train station to go to the castle. My husband did not go as he could not walk the distance. Tried to get his ticket price refunded was told it could not be done. Tour was not as promised. On the way back the tour guide took us back to the train station and then left my granddaughter and myself there to find our way back to the hotel on our own. This was also not as promised. We were to be picked up and dropped off at the hotel as we were in a foreign country Very disappointed !!
