Authentic and tasty Moroccan cuisine - Yassine knew how to share with us his passion for authentic Moroccan cuisine, all the dishes were excellent, full of flavor and color: a truly successful evening with friends!

An excellent moment of sharing! - An excellent moment of sharing both during the preparation of the dishes and during the tasting. The dishes were delicious, and Yassine took the time to give lots of tips to be able to reproduce the dishes at home, both in the choice of ingredients and in adapting the creation to the utensils we have at home. We were very well received. I highly recommend ! A day spent with friends!

Time well spent with a really nice host who is a very good cook! - What an amazing souvenir I will have from this day! Yassine is a really gracious host and it was very easy to be cooking with him and learning so much at the same time. Best Meal of our Vacation! - The food was absolutely delicious!! Yassine was incredibly warm and authentic and made us feel like old friends in his home. We learned a lot about Moroccan spices, cuisine and culture. He was a great teacher and it was one of the best meals of our vacation. Highly recommend this experience!

Yassine was very warm and... - Yassine was very warm and friendly, the foods we cooked were delicious. I learned new cooking techniques and used seasonings and spices that I had never used before.

Superb Cooking Experience - I recently participated in a Moroccan cooking class with Yassine. Right off you should know that this was no ordinary cooking class. Yassine was knowledgeable, kind, passionate and patient. As we got started he walked me through each spice we were going to use. I tasted each one as he explained how to tell if they were authentic or a cheap imitation. Next we peeled and chopped vegetables as he explained each step. What intrigued me most was the tasting as we went through the process. With each step he would ask how it tasted, and then would add, “wait…it is going to get even better!” And he was right! Each step added flavor on top of flavor. At the end we sat down to a picture perfect Moroccan dinner that was the most flavorful I had ever had…and I lived in Morocco for 4 years! Thank you Yassine for the wonderful and memorable experience!

Life changing - What an incredible experience! If you're in Bordeaux don't miss it. I ate plates of the food we made. I'll definitely be making this for my friends and family when I'm back home. I wish I could add more stars.

Must do if you're in Bordeaux region. Cannot reccomend enough - we cannot recommend this enough to anyone looking to try or experience authentic Moroccan cuisine. Yassine and Kassem are extremely gracious hosts and provided us with an experience we will never forget. the food was outstanding and they are both passionate about providing an authentic experience. I would highly recommend the experience as they went far beyond what we expected. thank you so much yassine and Kassem for having us in your home.

Refreshing activity after days of touring - This was a highlight of our trip! It’s a very different experience than the usual sightseeing or food tours. Yassine graciously welcomes you into his home. He explains each step of making a traditional Moroccan tangine dish including naming all the spices that make it taste so delicious! Lots of conversation, smelling tasting and eating a meal you helped prepare! It was truly like spending time with family in the middle of a trip! Would highly recommend!!
