In intimate groups, attendees will prepare their dough and perfect the traditional “staglio” technique to shape their own “panetti.”

Before diving into pizza-making, guests can enjoy a bruschetta made with fresh, local ingredients.

With the chef’s guidance, roll out and top a Margherita pizza with fresh ingredients, adding favorite toppings for a personal touch!

Lactose intolerant and vegan guests are welcome, though gluten-free options are not available.

As the pizza bakes in a wood-fired oven, enjoy the aroma of San Marzano tomatoes and basil. Once baked, savor the pizza with a glass of red wine or Italian craft beer. The experience concludes with a limoncello toast in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
