Un tour genial de los Cenotes!! - Amazing!!! Such an incredible and unforgettable experience. Chacho was great! We were a large group of 22 people and we had the most seamless experience. Traveling cenote to cenote we were able to enjoy each one and even jumped off a few ledges. We traveled to a Mayan ruin where we had authentic food and were able to experience the culture. 10/10 se los recomiendo!

Roaches!!! - Don't book without reading!!! (Roaches on bus) First day was awful. They texted me the day before at 8/9 pm letting me know that the time for pick up went from 7:20 am to 6:35 am. Then i came and sat down stairs at 620 to wait for the driver. He came. Didn't announce him self or ask if I was the person he was picking up. Got in his van at 630 and left. I had to yell and wave to flag him down. I asked if he was leaving. He said yes. I asked why? When the time to leave was 635? Nothing. Then we get to the tour bus pick up and not only did we wait. But we waited a hour for it to come. As they started to pick everyone up, the gentleman came to each person to collect the "tax" which was noted. HE SCAMMED PEOPLE IN FRONT OF US! He let people know it's 200$ and if you asked then he would clearify it was pesos. But for those who are newer they handed 2 100$ bills. He was going to charge the couple next to us $216 USD and we stopped them, they ended up correcting the man and paid 7$ USD. How crazy is this! Then, the tickets we got included lunch and drinks. Not only did we not get any till after the first "tour" but we went from 6 am to 3 pm without ANY food. And for the amount of heat, walking, and sweating we did. I almost had a panick attack, we only got a water bottle AFTER THE FIRST TOUR, and SECOND THATS IT!!!! Bring your own water canister. They don't allow water bottles in the park. They will take it away. When it came to the first tour. What they don't include it that you have to pay for park tickets, twice!!! The tour guide of course spoke broken English which is fine but I don't feel as though he cared enough or tried to give us the true feel of the artifacts. He honestly spoke Spanish majority of the time and French, Barley English. He knew how. I just don't think he cared enough to try. When it was time to eat. Not only was the food totally not inclusive to restrictions, but we had to pay for drinks and the food was terrible. Then with the cenote we had to rent the life jackets and pay 50 pesos per person. Everywhere you go you get stoped to pay. It's expected for you to keep paying and keep tipping. The bathroom on the bus had no toilet paper at all. The water didn't work so no washing your hands. Keep wipes on you and hand sanitizer. The whole tour for us was 16 HOURS!!!!!!!! We got home at 1030pm!!!!! We stayed in Cancun. The pick up and drop off was the one thing that took for ever so be mindful. Basically if you paid for all inclusive resort you just wasted a day. For a two day excursion this was to much. We got home to late to eat a proper dinner and relax with enough time to sleep and be ready for the next early morning. Lastly. ROACHES!!!!! The bus had roaches the entire time but they didn't show since it was light out. We didn't realize till it was dark and came back on the bus and saw them crawling on my shoes!!! I let the driver know and they shooed us away as if they were nothing. We stood the entire way home, which they didn't like. They moved us toward the front of the bus, to only go pick more people up and sit them on the roach infested seats. The seats had roach eggs all over and small roaches appearing and crawling, all it takes is one egg home and you have a new issue. I killed one and the gentleman near me also killed one. They ran everywhere. Not only is this disgusting, but what if someone had severe allergies!?? This was disheartening. I love supporting small businesses and they truly work hard. But money turns a blind eye to things. I'm just super disappointed on wasting this much money to have such a bad experience. The roaches sealed the deal for me. The second half of the trip was great. Charlie was great! The dolphins were great as well. Just so horrible that the first half ruined it for us
