I liked the easy online reservation system and once my group arrived the staff was awesome and very helpful in explaining the rules and the important and helpful tips about take out points and navigational tips as well. When we arrived at the take out the staff was right there to help us out of our kayaks and was very friendly got us back to the office very quickly. To say all of that to say this the staff was awesome and friendly and everyone in our group was impressed and loved the service.
