Great H.R.C - No holiday to Cologne would be complete without a visit to the H.R.C, been here many times over the years, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit to here. A great looking H.R.C, interior is superb, very sumptuous, great decor and furnishings, an eye catching serving bar dominates the main room and all the rock'n'roll memorabilia you would expect to find in a good H.R.C and there's plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar, its a great place to unwind in. We had just ate at the Christmas market so we were only in this H.R.C for beers ,we sat at the serving bar were we ordered kölsch beers from Sion Brauerei, these kölsch beers were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back, chilled out and planned out the day ahead while sipping our kölsch beers. A big fan of the many varieties of kölsch beers available throughout Cologne and the kölsch beers brewed by Sion Brauerei are really good, golden in colour, hoppy, bursting with taste and very easy to drink especially when served freezing cold as in this bar, it was just so good being in such a lovely bar enjoying a delicious kölsch beer and being served by staff who are genuinely pleased to see you in their bar. We really enjoyed our kölsch beers in here and the great vibe so much so that we ended up staying for another beer each before we moved on and as on every other visit to this particular H.R.C we had a great time. This H.R.C is easy to locate along Gürzenichstraße. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, open from midday. Well worth checking out if you're in the area or planning a holiday to Cologne.

Perfect visit for a delicious meal! - Great food, nice staff, good atmosphere and delicious burgers! Not only the burger with meat, but also the vegetarian burger were very delicious.

It totally rocked! - It totally rocked! The staff were so friendly. All the staff went out of their way to not only give an excellent service but the whole experience was awesome. They told us about local events e.g. the lightshow & fireworks & Rhine boat trip.

Great customer service in the shop - I go to every hard rock whenever we're on holiday but the service we received at the Hard Rock shop today was the best yet! Pierre went out of his way to make us feel welcome and his customer service was second to none! Would recommend.

Nice place with good food - As a barbecue fan, had the half chicken with homemade barbecue sauce and it was delicious. I went there with my family, some of them ordered burgers and everyone was satisfied with the food. One person had the ribs and he was also happy with the food. Remember: better book a table cause it’s busy, otherwise expect to be wait in line.

Pierre - the lying waiter - Visited HRC Cologne twice this month. Had the misfortune of waiter Pierre both times. He lies when he says half rack of ribs are not on offer (they are on the menu as an extra). He is also very absent when you need a bill to pay, which is odd. Zero tip. Would return for the food, but for Pierre's service, no.
