Segway through Cologne - It was so much fun. Caught all the major sights, learned a bit of history about the city zooming around on segway, I would do it again.

A Great Way to be Introduced to Cologne! Brilliant Fun! - We thoroughly enjoyed our experience on this tour... even though our really friendly tour guide was a little limited in English, at each stop he played an English version of all the information you needed to hear, on his boom speaker- strapped to his segway! It was an excellent way of finding out all the info you needed. We were constantly checked n to make sure we were ok, which I found very reassuring, as I'd never ridden a segway before. They are really easy to pick up on how they work, and we went through a practice session beforehand, to make sure we knew all we needed to know. It was such a great way of seeing Cologne, without all the walking around. We totally recommend this tour to anyone visiting this intriguing City... You'll love it!

Top of the line Segway Tour - Tour guide Mehmet Fidan was excellent, although his English is limited, the operation had English audio available at about 7 stops. Easy to find and my wife and I had a blast. Cologne is the 4th largest city in Germany, but we never felt like we could not handle the traffic and people. 5 stars all the way

Fun way to see Cologne - Great tour of Cologne. We saw a lot of the city on our 2 hour trip. Even though Mehmet did not speak English, he was an excellent teacher for first time Segway riders and provided descriptions and historical information in English about each stop via a prerecorded message. This was a highlight of our visit.

Not to be missed! - Great guide for a great ride. Excellent training for a unique experience. Good for old and young alike!

Nice equipment in a very beautiful city! - Nice to get to know the Segways. The tour is not very interesting in terms of content. Not 5 stars, because NO tasting is included. Only 1 glass of kölsch is given.

Signed up for the English tour, but guide didn’t speak English. - We signed up for the English tour, but the tour guide didn’t speak English. He used an app that gave an English explanation of some of the sites we saw, but I felt that we missed a lot of what we were seeing because he couldn’t tell us about it. He did ask us before we took the tour if using the app would be alright, and we did agree to it since we were already there. But I still felt we missed a good bit. However, we got to rides Segways. And he was a very nice person and tried hard to make the tour enjoyable. The two other people on the tour did speak German and English and helped out.

Tour not what we were told. Guide didn't speak English - Signed up & paid for this tour. Our tour description AND confirmation said that the tour guide would speak English. He did not speak any English so we decided not to go and try to get a refund. Been trying to get a refund from Trip Advisor and the provider since June. Trip Advisor should vet their providers and make good on it if the provider won't. Been getting nothing but the run-around. Took many tours on our 12 day trip. EVERY tour guide spoke English except this one. Provider is not going to make good. Trip Advisor should.

Guide didn't speak English! - We ended up not going because the guide didn't speak English,,,,,wouldn't have been able to understand him and learning about the history and highlights of the city would've been impossible. Still fighting with them to get a refund.
