- Topper’s Rhum Distillery - During the hands-on tour, a guide will walk you through the 6,000 square foot distillery. You will learn a little history of rum making in the Caribbean and a behind the scenes look at how we ferment, distill and filter rum. After that you will see the blending process and how each bottle is expertly handcrafted. You will then visit the lab and learn how the rum-makers insure the products meet the highest quality standards. Plus, see how they create different flavored rhums and even try a new flavor or two that is in development.
Following the tour you will be invited to the tasting bar where you are welcome to taste unlimited samples all the artisanal products as well as our rhum cake.

It was very fun and we... - It was very fun and we learnt a lot about rhum. Our tour guide, Tasha, was funny and welcoming. Overall great experience!

Nothing tops Toppers! - Christina was an excellent guide! She shared lots of fun facts! Pam and Tosha got to make us some yummy chicken! Chris and Dee got to help bottle some. Then the tasting of all of the different varieties of rum finished the official tour! Dinner at the restaurant with Pierre ( the best waiter) followed by karaoke topped off the evening! So much fun!!!

A flavor explosion of a variety of rhums made right here in Sint Maarten. Don't miss this one. - What a great tour. Cristina with no H led us on a fun and informative tour telling us the origins of rhum in the Caribbean. Got to taste many different flavors of rhum, all while being taught how to pair the rhum with cooking. I cant wait to do some experimenting. Was happy to see Topper himself and his family before the tour.

The Rhum is Never gone here! - This was a fun tour with a lot of samples! I loved that they shared a history of rum as well as showing ways you can cook with it. We tried 20+ small tastes of rum on our tour, so make sure to eat something before the visit. :)

Great experience in St. Maarten - The Distillery is off the beaten path in St. Maarten, but well worth the drive. Topper's manufacturers several flavored rums, all which were very good. We stayed for lunch after the tour.

Rhum Fun - Didn't do the tour but sampled some of the Rhum. It was very good so we bought 4 bottles. They allow you refills as well so we took advantage of that while we were there.

Lots of Yummy Rhum - It was a wonderful tour. Our tour guide was very personable and a lot of fun. The tour included tasting lots of sampling. And not just Rhum but chicken, dip, cake and gelato all made with Rhum. The amount of flavors available were amazing.

Amazing - I had an amazing experience. The tour lady Ms C was from Spain and was so informative and knowledgeable on the rhums, background, and the process of it. One of my top favorite experiences in St Maarten. I was even able to cook with the rhum. A lot of taste testing involved which I loved. I think I took about 20 little shots of different rhums.

Fun - Fun time Cristina was a great tour guide. Must do when in St. Maarten. Follow up with lunch in the restaurant or a sweet treat from the gift shop.
