Carlos was an incredible tour guide. He provided tons of information about how chocolate and coffee are made, with tons of details on every step of the process. He was very educated on the topic, but also created a really comfortable and fun atmosphere. During the night hike, we were able to spot a few animals and then we were able to try different types of coffees and chocolates back at the cafe/shop. He even brewed up some green coffee for a few of us in the group to try!
